This is a great product for the price! It does not come with any directions so if you are not mechanically inclined don't attempt to install it yourself. I Installed it by myself in a afternoon. I cycled it all the way to the top with a car on it and shook it like hell and it didnt flex or budge! I would highly recomend to anyone for home use and even some moderate commercial use for sure. ... show more

6 months of use has been flawless. While it's rated at 9k I wouldn't put anything bigger than a 1500 Silverado on it, so if you're going to be lifting anything heavier I would highly recommend a larger lift. It might be fine, but I can see and feel things flexing just a little under the big truck load. While installation was done solo, this is not a job for the average person. Your slab needs to be thicker than 5", ideally with rebar, and you will want 4000 psi concrete, not premix! Do it wrong and those high lifts could have a very bad ending. Do it right, or find someone who can. Aside from the safety warnings, this lift is everything I needed and more. I didn't use the anchors that came with it though, those were metric and sketchy. I used 3/4 Red Heads, 8" long; as my concrete is 10" with rebar. ... show more

There were some issues and problems when the item arrived and upon installation, but this company is so fast responding and you talk to a real person every time. They keep in contact and make sure everything is OK and if there are any problems within the year warranty to call them right away. Directions are quite difficult, would be better if rewritten and redone as someone is putting it together. But all in all the customer service made this a 5* review. For the money this is a great lift However no instructions came with it. In my install I had to modify the ceiling it was a few inches to low. Had to cut the trusses I can post a picture.
