I'm only giving a 3 stars because the bottom portion is pretty easy to install but the top it's not designed well most likely it will fall apart during the install many many times You definitely have to modify a few times before you gonna get a right . Also the main clock will not hold the clock it will work for a few days and then it will reset to a different time with no reason not sure why .Fan is pretty strong but not quiet. Inside of the vent is made out of cheap plastic not metal so if you planning to use a fan a lot during cooking you better choose a different design.

I have to say this seller has great customer service. We ordered this for a kitchen remodel, we got notification that the package was held up at Fedex for some reason. They offered to expedite another unit to us and since we were on a timetable for a kitchen remodel we chose to get another one sent to us. We got the hood installed and unfortunately I injured my knee (nothing to do with the install) and needed surgery. Seller was very considerate and was accommodating with regards to receiving the original hood (which was delivered eventually by Fedex) until my knee was completely recovered from surgery. The hood looks great, suction works great (but it is loud on the F2 and F3 setting), and we are very happy with the hood and the seller. I would highly recommend this product and the seller.

The hood may or may not be any good. We never took it out of the box. The problem was admittedly my mistake. The chimney width was insufficient to cover the vent opening in my backsplash. So I needed to return the hood. But I would have appreciated a heads up to the fact that the customer (me) has to pay return shipping costs.... $25. This was not in the writeup. And in fact, it states that the item is eligible for a full refund. What does that mean? No where does it even suggest that the buyer pays the shipping costs to return. I consider this false advertising.

The media could not be loaded. Delivered in three days. Boxed really well. It was easy to install, only requires 1 bracket and 3 screws. I helped to hold it while my husband installed the wall mount screws. The LED touch panel works as expected and the under range LED lights are handy. And there is a clock, kinda a extra bonus for free. This range has three fan settings. Usually I keeping it at medium speed and using high speed for frying. It sucks all the heat and helps keep kitchen cool. For 700 CFM and less than 250, you won't find anything better. Worth every penny. We are happy with the quality for the affordable price. Overall, I highly recommend this hood, it adds a more modern style to my kitchen and makes it look sleek.
