We. Love. This. Set!!!! We received the order back in August. I wanted to give it a little while before doing a review. This ser did NOT disappoint! It is stylish, sturdy, and comfortable. What more could you ask for?? There is plenty of room for our family of 6; and still 2 extra seats (2 more than than if we use the cushioned ottomans as seating). The cushions are nice and comfy...although, I do not know how well they will stand up in the rain (we store them after each use) or over time. The cushions do wipe clean if a spill occurs. We have added a fire pit. I was concerned about how well this set would hold up if hot ash was blown on it. So far so good. Not a single burn or melted spot yet. And let me just talk about the sturdiness...especially with having a solid 6'4"/400lb husband, 2 young adult sons who are his height and taller and nearly as muscular, and a 4yo (who walks and flips on this set). These guys "plop" down because of how tall they are and we have had no problems with sagging, etc. I will say even though this set is sturdy, it is fairly lightweight and can get blown around a little bit in stronger winds. We fixed it by tying 2 50lb sand bags to the underside of the couch and 1 25lb sand bag under each arm chair. We haven't had a single problem with blowing around since (and we even had a pretty bad storm without a problem). Get this set. You will not regret it!!! ... show more

My husband and I just received our beautiful patio set. It came in 4 large boxes, and was quite easy to set up--my husband only had to secure the sofa sections with clips, and we put the cushions on the sofas and chairs. VERY easy set-up. No issues whatsoever. We do wish the tables were a little taller, but for the price and quality of this set, that is certainly not a game-changer. Also, mats are provided to place under the cushions so that they do not slip, but I purchased larger mats separately for the ottoman cushions, and they now stay in place beautifully. We had no issues with the couch or chair cushions slipping while sitting on them. We also chose to remove one of the sections of one of the couches to make it into a loveseat, mainly due to the size of our patio. If we have additional people over and need the extra seat, we can always replace it back! BTW, the cushions are VERY comfortable, and the material for the cushions seems to be very high quality. We will see how the set holds up in the Arizona summers, but for now, we couldn't be more pleased with our purchase. ... show more

We purchased the 12pc Sunbrella set and are so pleased. We have been enjoying this set for several weeks and find it extremely comfortable. Quality is great and cushion covers are easy to remove and clean. Covers fit perfectly and are so helpful protecting the set from pollen and rain. When the set first arrived two chairs were damaged. Within 12 hrs of sending my email to Xizzi with pics of damaged chairs, I received an email back stating they would be replaced and within a week or so had the replacement chairs. The set is packaged very well, it appears the damage was most likely caused by rough handling on part of the delivery carrier. When the replacement chairs were sent Xizzi provided tracking numbers and sent a follow up email. That kind of prompt and courteous service goes a long way for me. So, first the pros. This set comes pre-assembled, It is very easy to set up, and it looks beautiful. We have had tons of compliments on the set, and I am overall very pleased. I do think it was about as nice as you can get for this price and I love the color too. Now, for the cons. I asked how thick the cushions are and was told 5 inches thick by the seller. Yeah, maybe for the back rests, although they are not firm, but the cushions on the seat themselves are 3 inches or less, and they feel it. I'm disappointed. This is not what I thought I was buying. Secondly, one of the seats has sharp wicker on the arm rests and I can't figure out how to get rid of it because it's not long enough to clip. Also, although the seats do lock together, they sometimes slide forward or back so you have to be careful and straighten them out regularly. These cons are not strong enough to create regret. As I said before, I do not think you could get a nicer set for this price. It isn't perfect but I wasn't willing to put $5k into it, so I am very satisfied with what I got. Item looks good, but material strength leaves a lot to be desired. Very light weight and cheap material used for frame. Product arrived damaged. Based on damage and cheap material I decided to return the item, which became a headache from the start. Seller requested photos and acknowledged my desired for return. Then they sent unwanted replacement parts and would not send return shipping labels. It was recommended I pay for the return myself then get reimbursed, shipping was just as must as the purchase. Amazon had to intervene to resolve the issue. Not worth the effort and I would never purchase anything from this seller. ... show more

Really nice set. We love it!!! Delivered a day before the given date. Packaging was perfect. Came in 4 boxes, one of the box was ripped on the side but not a scratch in the furniture. No need to assemble, high quality comfortable cushions and pillows, tight and neat weave, great looks and wonderful color. The only thing that we don’t like is the height of the table, it would be awesome if it was a bit taller. Overall a great product!! Update: the set is still good. We love it but the cover is not that durable. It ripped when water got collected in between. ... show more
