This set arrived in two different shipments. Upon opening the sofa / ottoman box we found snags in the cushion material and scratches on some of the metal framing. The hardware is as cheap as you could imagine as the allen head screws take very little pressure to strip out. The cushions are soooo thin and offer very little comfort. The backs are about shoulder blade with so coupled with the thin cushions, it feel like a hard bar running across your back. One hour after umboximg we knew we had to return the set. That's where the real problem started. As this is a third party seller, Amazon could do very little to help us. The seller wanted us to pay to ship the set back which is freight. Even though it wasn't as described and was damaged, they still wouldn't cooperate. After a month and a half of fighting with the seller, Amazon agreed to reimburse us for the shipping cost. I had to pay $200 out of pocket to ship the set back. Once the seller received the set they charged me a 50$ restocking fee. Amazon did in the end reimburse the shipping cost and the restocking fee. The whole process start to finish was a month and a half. If not ripped and scratched, the furniture set is OK. The seller however will stand behind their product. ... show more

WOW! For the price point, we are very pleased with this set! Its comfortable, well made & was shipped with care!! Assembly took a little time but was fairly easy & straightforward. This is a great outdoor furniture set! The assembly took two of us and a little over an hour plus our own tools, but it wasn’t terrible. The instructions were easy to follow. It’s comfortable, sturdy and the cushion covers are machine washable and water resistant. It comes with no slip liners for under each cushion except the ottomans. The seat backs are tall which is a plus for tall people. The set is exactly as pictured. We are really pleased with this patio furniture and would definitely recommend! ... show more

This set is beautiful and relatively comfortable. I really wanted rust colored fabric and was very happy when it arrived. Some reviewers list the color as red but it is definitely rust. Set comes with 2 appropriately sized pillows with eye catching fabric. I added 2 other pillows and a rug to finish off the look. The cushions for the ottomans come with velcro that adheres to the fabric and the ottoman. I have not done this because I like the option of flipping the cushions if needed. The set is easy to put together, but the directions are very minimal and not much help, which is the reason for only 3 stars. The directions are basically illustrations. I feel the set is very sturdy and should last quite a few years and even longer if protected with a covering. Looks very nice on our deck and we've received many compliments. I think it was a very good buy for the price and would highly recommend to others. Also, everything arrived damage free! ... show more

I only gave it three stars on assembly because it’s tedious! Not hard to understand directions. About a billion screws, nuts and washers. They provide an Allen wrench and little wrenches but a set of metric tools will speed up the process. It took two of us several hours to finish five pieces of furniture. It’s a great set and everything was shipped correctly. Just know you’re going to spend the whole morning or afternoon putting it all together. Love this patio set! It’s comfortable and very versatile. Can accommodate a lot of seating. We had 10 people all sitting on this set comfortably! I love that the ottomans can be used to make any part of it a chase or as their own seat! Definitely would recommend!

The Pandemic delayed shipping a bit, but the seller was great at responding to my emails with updates. The directions were easy to follow to put the set together and the furniture is sturdy and comfortable. We’ve only had this set a couple of weeks but so far we love it!
