The three issues I had with the sofa were One: They left out the information about how the sofa is packaged. Fortunately, anybody reading this won't have these problems. It was genius how it was packaged. However, Two: Whoever wrote the instructions didn't mention where to find 40% of the parts. I believed as much was missing. I started the assembly which said, first screw on the legs but the legs were nowhere to be found. Then I saw there were no cushions. I had only one armrest. The back to the chase lounge was not there either. Later I remember when I was unpacking, I noticed zippers on the bottom of the couch and the chase lounge. That was where all the other parts were located. I found where this was mentioned in the middle of the assembly instructions. That should be put on the top of the instructions. Now for number Three: Although the couch is reversible. There are no instructions on how to change it to put the chase lounge on the left. I figured out Four brackets need to be unscrewed and turned upside down. I like the couch. I can't move heavy furniture around anymore. This couch is manageable for me. It did meet my expectations. Although, There is more this company can do to assist the customer with assembly. I hope this helps someone with the assembly.

Fairly easy to assemble, it did have a small puncture but thankfully it was behind where the cushions go, so not a big deal. Looks very good, quality is good for the price. Confortable.

I know there were measurements and I did measure the length to see how long it would be and the chaise part but I suppose I assumed a normal couch width on the normal seating area but it’s very narrow, very narrow. Not even enough room for me to lay down and my petite 5 yr old to lay with me (I’m small too). Also the couch is very hard. Not uncomfortable hard but hard enough to notice. Overall it fits the decor of our home, fits my small living room perfectly, we love the feel of the fabric and it seems durable, just be aware of the narrow seating and very firm cushions

Overall, I think the sectional sofa is a good choice for the price. It is a stylish piece of furniture that adds a modern touch to any living room. While the quality of the sofa could be better, it is a great value for the price point of $500. I was also impressed by the excellent customer service provided by the seller. When UPS was unable to complete the delivery of the sofa, the seller reached out to me directly to help with the delivery. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making the whole experience pleasant. Although the quality of the sofa could be improved, I think it is important to note that at this price point, it is difficult to find anything better. If you're looking for a budget-friendly sectional sofa that still looks good and has a good value for your money, this one is definitely worth considering. Overall, I would recommend this sectional sofa to anyone who is looking for an affordable option that is both stylish and functional. It is not faux leather- which is what I had been looking for. It has the black paper like fabric that some Walmart couches have. It looks cheaper up close but beautiful at certain angles. My kids love it. But it definitely is not as sturdy nor would it hold up in a wash like my Kivik Loveseat from IKEA. No comparison there in quality. It’s decent but not faux leather like I was led to believe which was a disappointment. I sprayed some Scotch Offguard fabric water repellent before this picture so it is slightly lighter as well. It was easy to assemble which was awesome as I just had a baby & am not supposed to do heavy lifting+needed to tend to him.
