This piece of equipment can certainly be used on its own .. some of techniques to hit different body parts can be awkward. However, if used as a super set combined with other exercise it’s just great.. I personally use it to hit my upper body especially the inside and upper side of your chest.. super set this with push-ups and it’s very effective.. it also hits your medial and anterior delts.
