The media could not be loaded. It won’t stick to any hard surfaces when I press the tabs to lock it in place. I purchased this to help me do crunches at home on days I don’t want to go to the gym. The only instructions that explained how to get it to stay in place is pressing the tabs down.

Pretty good product. Easy to use and assemble, my only two complaints is that it can be a bit uncomfortable at the back of the knees, but I just put a towel down behind my knees and its fine. If you have a softwood floor, this product MAY NOT be for you. I was so heartbroken when the suction cups didn't work. I have endometriosis and the only thing scientifically proven to lower cytokines is exercise. I finally DID get it to work when I put it under a dresser and used the dresser's wood to hold my feet in place. Once you do that, its very handy. ... show more

This doesn’t work, doesn’t stick to the ground. My husband tried on multiple different surfaces that the instructions said would work, but it wouldn’t remain on the floor. Will return.

I had no problem following the directions to attach it to my tile floor. That was about 1 month ago and it is still fastened very securely to the floor. The up/down adjustment for the bar that holds your feet in make it easy to adjust and get fairly comfortable. Now I just need to be motivated to use it more than I have been! 😆 ... show more

When it is well-suctioned it works well, but often comes unstuck after 5-10 sit-ups. Built well other than the suction cups I suppose.

This product does not stick to the floor like advertised I tried for 20 minutes to try to get it to suction cup to my floor and it does not work. Don't waste your money on this piece of crap product.
