abunda_amazon_reviews The quality and strength of this machine is excellent for a home gym. I like the plate storage behind as well as the four floor legs vs three on some other machines. This greatly adds to the stability. The handles and the cushioned leg hold down is a must and greatly improves the exercise. The seat also raises at the front for some variability. The only thing I did not like was that the leg hold down adjustment knob is in front of the seat. This excludes the possibility that you could use the machine for hip thrust exercises. However this is a minor point and not really what this was intended for. Overall I am glad that I purchased this item and I now look forward to leg day.;;Reviewed in the United States on July 19, 2019;;4.0 out of 5 stars;;A solid piece of equipment for the home gym.;;Joseph C.;;;This machine was pretty easy to put together. There are a couple areas that will need additional tools since you'll need a wrench to hold one nut while you tighten the other (for the seat). Also, the pressure pin for the leg stabilizer requires a larger wrench to tighten into the frame. Not too big of a deal. Another piece that seems really flawed is the end caps that "wedge" onto the leg stabilizer. I'm not sure how this was supposed to hold, but it doesn't even come close to holding. Overall, I was pleased with the fact the pieces went together without any annoying offsets you sometimes find on mass produced equipment. I didn't give five stars because XMark is failing to put the tightening screw on one of the weight adapters which is something they need to provide as it is incomplete without it. Also, the leg pad on my machine came with a tear in it - looks like it was from another piece digging into it during shipping - the outside box was pretty rough and the inside box was bulging so I'm sure it went through a lot of shifts during transit. I'm going to contact the company and if they can accommodate for the flawed areas, I'll up to five stars. This machine costs almost $700 dollars, so these things, while fairly inconvenient, should not be present on something this expensive.
