Sept. 4, 2023. I've had similar ones, and this one seems great so far. Don't be put off by comments of lower exercise weight; unless you're Arnold-class, this will be plenty! (And you can always use only one leg if you think three 45-pound plates is sissy for two-leg extensions/curls). The seat is plenty high to keep my feet from dragging (6 ft. and long legs). BE SURE you check that if you order a different brand, or have very long legs. You could sit on a pad or pillow, but not more than a few inches higher (because of the thigh stabilizer). I love the adjustability: Seat back, ankle/shin roller position, etc. The quality is excellent for a home or small gym unit, yet the total weight (about 71 pounds without plates) allows it to be moved around a bit after assembly. I'll need to use it for a while, but it's smooth and the load bearings should be fine for any weight I can possibly handle. It takes BOTH Olympic and 1" plates, and the Olympic plate sleeve works fine (perhaps they fixed the minor issue mentioned in other reviews.) All that for the lowest price of any of the similar leg machines on Amazon ($330 + $51 shipping). Heckuva deal! I assembled it in about an hour, using only one socket & wrench, and being obsessive (and age 78). It went together with no trouble and all is very solid & tight. (Be sure all parts are present before you start.) NOTE: You may think the small "flat key" part is missing from your order: It's not. Mine was already in its slot on the proper rod (but you'll need to remove and re-insert it during assembly). As with any piece of equipment, measure the footprint carefully. The dimensions given don't take actual use into account. You'll need at least 24" more in front for leg extensions, a few more inches on the left side for loading plates, and at least a foot or so on the right for getting onto the machine. If you're tall, you'll need a few more inches in back to adjust the seat back. If the unit is placed next to anything except a wall on the left, allow an extra foot or so to avoid bumping into the plate-bearing bar (Been there; done that, and it hurts, especially if you're wearing shorts.) Finally, about the delivery, which was fast but could have been much better (probably not Amazon, which has been very good). I don't know who delivered the two boxes, but they were dropped onto wet grass at the top of our long driveway and we were never notified. (No text, email or doorbell.) I didn't know they were there until a neighbor spotted them. One of the boxes was crumpled & somewhat wet, but there was no inside damage. ... show more

I am really impressed with this seated Leg Curl/Leg Extension/Standing Leg Curl. It's not commercial grade, but it's close in terms of movement and comfort. Love the color. I definitely recommend this product.

This machine is complete garbage. The design is done by a child who has never worked out. It’s wonky and flimsy. Not good at all. You cannot fully extend your legs due to the poor design. Save your money and by something else. This machine will end up being a coat or donut holder.

This thing is useless to me now because the arm can’t hold any weight it just collapses. The bolts used to tighten have stripped. I contacted the seller and they said it’s my fault because i stripped the bolts and i’m left with scrap metal basically.

I highly recommend this item for targeted workouts of quad and hamstring muscles. Seems to be very good value for the price so far. As mentioned in another review, the sleeve adaptor for olympic size plates seems to be too short ....and the sleeve will slide out when you remove weights from it. However, I found that a slim piece of duct tape keeps the sleeve on just fine. Also, if you use the smaller size weight collar (not the olympic size one), then you can fit more plates on the bar as needed. The back and seat cushions are comfortable as are is the padding on the shin bar used to lift the weights. ... show more

This product is good for the most part. Reasonable to assemble, but would be easier if I had a ratchet wrench. Not too heavy and easy to use. It would have given it 5 stars, but there are 2 main issues. First, the adapter piece that allows you to place 2” plates is short and cheap. I have found other options for sale, but it really should have been included. Second issue is using weight above 100lbs caused the machine to tilt to the side. Obviously could be dangerous so I have switched to using one leg at a time for leg extensions and hamstring curls. I dont have an option to bolt it into the ground right now so I think that’s your best option if you are beyond a novice weight lifter. ... show more
