My boyfriend loves this, it was so easy to put together, it is heavy so you will need help lifting it and putting it together but so easy! It was easy to fill, it’s very sturdy and doesn’t fall over. It’s an amazing way to workout and you don’t have to worry about it ripping a hole in your ceiling.

I used to attend cardio kickboxing classes in person. It was one of my favorite workouts ever. However, for convenience, I have been opting for more in home exercise routines. I had a small reflex bag that broke so I decided to upgrade to a larger bag. I came across this bag and so far it has been absolutely amazing. I have use it every single day since it arrived my husband had it assembled fairly quickly. I have found many kickboxing class YouTube videos that I use for guidance and it has been great. I regret not looking into a bag like this sooner. I hope that it stands up to the punches. It seems very sturdy and the suction cups help it stay in place while punching. ... show more

Per the instructions I cleaned the floor very well before putting the suction cups on the bottom and standing it up. We filled it with 150 lbs of sand. But the suction cups did absolutely nothing. I ended up buying a sheet of plywood drilling holes where the suction cup bolts screw in the bottom, bought bolts at my local hardware and bolted it to the plywood. I threw away the suction cups. I had an issue that was taken care of promptly, with quick responses from the seller the entire time.
