I did a lot of research on buying a new controller, and I'm glad I took the plunge on this one. People keep saying this controller randomly loses connection, but I've had no trouble with that at all. I love the design and the controller feels sturdy. The only thing is the buttons might be fragile or something because it fell face-down less than two feet from the floor, and the Y and X buttons had little chip-like fractures on them. The controller is still responsive and it hasn't impacted playing. Would definitely recommend.

I purchased this controller at the start of the pandemic; was having controller issues and this was the cheapest controller available on Amazon from an approved vendor. I received it extremely fast, and controller works perfectly. I believe it was cheaper because of the design, the transparency on the top half of the controller reveals the inner mechanics. Although some people might think this is an eye sore (including me initially), it’s actually surprisingly cool to look at. Pressing a button and watching how the controller works internally is very interesting, albeit distracting if playing online :)

So my original review was a great one, although I guess I spoke to soon. I ordered this item for a Christmas gift for xmas 2019 so it's been almost 1 full year. I always try to buy items that are great lowest price however when it comes to items like this you usually get what you pay for. I knew it was an awesome item ,even though I paid 64 dollars .I figured it would last, for one because it is a name brand and pretty expensive for a controller but also because the person I got it for is extremely responsible and literally takes the most amazing care of his things. So upon purchasing i had no issues shipped fast. So all in all wonderful experience as it usually is with amazon. Apologies for the length of review as it is about a year later and I'm again looking for another controller. Its extremely upsetting because I figured paying that large amount for 1 controller for a person extremely careful with his stuff meant I wouldn't be looking for a new one for a bit. This item over the last few weeks hasn't properly worked.the toggle moves on its own,as if an invisible person is playing and so it pretty much doesn't allow the actual player to move the person in the direction the player wants. It moves around on it's own not allowing the person to move in a direction he wants ..so due to the issue it isn't useable and you wouldn't mind except again paying that price should of given me more time before having to purchase another type.its very disappointing to say the least.

Beautiful controller. I will be getting my boyfriend the matching black version soon! I use this controller to play MONSTER HUNTER WORLD on PC. It’s such a pain to play with keyboard controls! I’m glad I picked this controller up. It works immediately when plugged in. Be sure to have a micro-usb cable if you want to use this with your PC. It works without batteries if you use the micro-usb cable. It does come included with batteries though! My hands are a little small but the controller feels just fine. The buttons are very clicky and a bit noisy.

Works as intended. Gave 4 stars because it feels refurbished. One side of the back of the controller was not seated properly and had a sharp edge. I had to push down this piece which locked it in place and the problem was solved. I shouldn’t have to do this when paying so much for a controller.

I picked up this controller for use with my computer rather than a console. It works perfectly well connected via a USB cable or with an Xbox wireless adapter for PC. Battery life seems pretty standard with this controller compared to other wireless ones I've used (roughly 15-18 hours) and the controller is very comfortable. I love the look of this controller as well and it is priced lower than many other "special edition" controllers have been.

I got tired of my kids taking my controllers and making them sticky. So I grabbed this awesome Phantom White controller. I keep it under lock and key and only bring it out for myself. The textured grip is great and the look is amazing. It functions just like a normal xbox one wireless controller, no special bells and/or whistles.

Looks exactly as shown with just a bit of transparency at the top. The grips were slightly uncomfortable at first with the texture. Now that I’ve used for a couple of months it’s definitely a preferred grip over the basic controllers. Looks good. Plays well. Can recommend.
