    • The Textures Make the Difference
The Grip: The rubberized diamond grip on the back is a game-changer for sweaty sessions it feels premium and much closer to an Elite controller. Design Details: The "snow-weathered" look is subtle but looks incredible under desk lighting. Durability: I’ve used this for months and the sticks haven't developed any drift, and the etched triggers haven't smoothed out. If you're a Gears fan, it’s a no-brainer, but even if you aren't, the added back-case grip makes it one of the most comfortable controllers Microsoft has released. ... show more

    • Awesome gears collectible edition controller
This Kait Diaz Limited Edition Xbox controller looks incredible with its snow-weathered armor design and detailed COG insignia. The etched trigger grips and rubberized diamond back make it feel secure and comfortable during long gaming sessions. It pairs easily with my Xbox and Windows 10 PC via Bluetooth with no connection issues. The bonus Ice Kait skin was a fun extra, especially for fans of Gears 5. Overall, this controller is both a functional upgrade and a great collector’s piece. ... show more

    • Nice controller feel
This is a very nice controller, I like the feel of it, like the rubber grips and is easy to use. Nice to look at and feels durable, was an awesome decision to get, hope the controls don't get bad like my last one. But so far very nice. Updated: The Controller keeps losing it's signal, nice controller at first but this is becoming a problem, only had for 3 months. ... show more

    • Easily works with the XBox, computer, iOS, and FireStick 4K!
Buying this for the X-Box would not disappoint anyone. There are no special features other than the "skin" or design is Gears of War 5. As long as you like the feel of an xbox controller you will really not have any issues with it. I primarily bought it for playing some games on my iPhone. Pairing with an iOS device was simple. It is no different then pairing with any other bluetooth devices. Turn on the controller in pair mode, go to settings->bluetooth, and then tap on Xbox Game Controller. Done! Now games are a lot easier for me to play then using virtual controls. I also tried it out on my Firestick TV 4k. Went into the settings there to pair it and very easy to do. My only caution on this is if you pair it with your Firestick TV and mobile device, there may be some competition there between devices. What I mean by competition is if the Firestick is on as well as the mobile device, in my case my iPhone, they both were trying to pair with the controller at the same time. Only one could do so. I had to either make sure the Firestick was powerless or my phone's bluetooth was off during the initial startup. One the device I wanted to pair with connected, I could turn the other device back on and no worries. Just a heads up. Otherwise a great controller at a great Black Friday price. Glad to have one. You won't be disappointed in getting this version of Microsoft's controller. It does stand out, but in a subtle way, from the standard controllers. Nice to see it is different without it really saying "here I am" kind of thing. Hope that makes sense. ... show more

    • Can use it for hours!
The day I first got this controller, I hooked it up to a PC with ease, and proceeded to use it for hours. Works great in Win7, Win10, and on Steam Link or Steam Link for Raspberry Pi. It has the same "sport" feel as the newer line of XB One controllers with the rubberized grips and etched triggers, both details which are done just right for long sessions with the controller without it feeling too grippy or slippy or the triggers being too sharp or too flappy. The colors and design are really great, the paint is clean and not too matte or too shiny, and it honestly reminds me of the Halo Reach controllers from the Xbox 360. Goldilocks would say this one is just right. ... show more

    • Great controller for the price, a definite buy if you’re a gears 5 fan!
This is a nice controller for the price. It far exceeded my expectations. This purchase was made because I had family in for Thanksgiving and figured I would use this controller as extra, that quickly changed after examining it. Here’s the lowdown as I see it for Gears 5 Xbox one controller, besides the great graphics and free downloadable content, it is extremely comfortable to hold, the right and left sticks as well as the triggers are textured. Speaking of the two sticks there don’t feel cheaply made, in fact they have a smooth, almost a glide to them. I would highly recommend buying this. • Brand New but not Perfect.
First controller I ordered had a messed up right stick that would drift. I sent it back and got a new one that has a right bumper that sometimes doesn't register and sometimes registers twice. I don't know what went wrong when developing these Gears 5 controllers, but I don't recommend them even if the design is cool. ... show more
