Bought for Xmas "from santa" so couldn't open and set it up until today. It won't even turn on. Changed cords ect still not even a fn light anywhere. Christmas ruined 😕 please help exchange needed ... Company got bacj to me and is repairing/replacing. Changing my review to update. Great to work with them quick and easy ! Update 2: once the item was received after speaking with someone and confirming they woukd be replacing the item then confirming they received it, then they go ahead and refund and say someone was new. Now I have to re buy something no longer on sale and wait for another delivery. The game brain is horrible ... show more

    • Great refurbished Xbox and great service provider.
This refurbished Xbox was in great shape, included all the necessary cords and worked well. I had to return it because there is a backward compatibility issue with the game I bought it for. The seller accepted my return right away and processed the refund as soon as they received it.

    • Console Fine, Controller A Different Story
Arrived on time as expected, console came in excellent condition however the controller looked new still but the X and Y button is stuck and arrived that way. I was forced to put out another $60 for a new controller that I shouldn't have had to buy seeing how I paid $240 for the set. Came with NO controller battery and came with NO cord to attach the controller to the console to play. For the price it should have came with those or at least one of those. Included HDMI cable wasn't even over 12" long which doesn't do anybody any good unless you want to Velcro or strap the console to the back of the TV near the HDMI ports since it doesn't since it has no VESA mount. I just think the seller tries to cut corners. I mean how did he or she not see that 2 of the buttons were stuck before shipping it to me. Listed as excellent condition should not have stuck buttons on the controller. With that being said I have no clue how much longer the console will even last, I'm thinking of returning it and just forking out the Extra 2 bucks for new X series because I ordered the Xbox One X and received just the Xbox One. ... show more

    • Controller damaged and and a mad drift
Got the Xbox and controller for my kid for Xmas they opened it and the controller wasn’t working right at all. Disappointed should have checked it the day it came in the mail instead of waiting for the big day for him to open it.
