Even though this was a used system, it arrived repackaged but looked like it had hardly been used. I couldn't believe it, I'm kinda waiting for something to be wrong with it but so far so good. I'm the owner of this Xbox and I find the Lego games relaxing and challenging to my 60 year old mind. So this is even more impressive to me that it's condition is so good. I'm going to start playing on it in about an hour after downloading several games. I will update later on if I have any issues or concerns. Hopefully I won't have to do this. Things you should know about before buying. Sounds okay, Connection Button is broken, Very common thing on a Xbox One S. Just how they are even XBOX made note of it. Not the Same Controller, Usually because they throw any type of controller they can find in the box as some Remote Colors and Parts are hard to find. Main issues: Broken Connection Button Remote thats about to go Clean, Smells like itll catch a fire when it comes Hopefully the disc drive works. ... show more

This appeared to be brand new item in the box. All the necessary equipment required to operate the xbox, including batteries for the remote were included. I just recieved this last night & so far everything works perfectly! It did however take HOURS to update, which is kinda understandable, so i havent played on it until today. The remote feels really good in my hands.. im really satisfied and happy i saved my money on this bargain! I didn't try to use the NBA 2k19 game code because i wont play it, but maybe ill try it later & update with results. I believe it will work fine just like everything else so far 👌 ... show more

My wife and I bought this bundle because it was listed at $219, I honestly was a little skeptical at first mostly afraid that the bundle would not come with everything included. Happy to say that the Game Pass, Xbox Live Gold, and NBA 2k19 came included in the set. Will have to warn buyers that the 2k19 Game took about 4 hours to completely download to my console but since then has performed awesome! ... show more

Didn't come with any game. Just console and controller. I wanted 2k19 but eh once i got the game and saw it was only a console i went and bought 2k20... Console seems brand new but warranty is 12 month and 11 months have been used so i cant tell... Ill probably look into an extended warranty. Idk... I got 30 days to drop off at Kohls. So... Update: 2/7/20 So the console froze with the green xbox screen and was stuck for about a day. I took it to the Microsoft store and they exchanged it for a brand new one that hasn't given signs of hiccups at all. Warranty is depleted at this point but i think if u buy it from Amazon just take it to a Microsoft store within warranty time and exchange it. I think that's the key. There is no way to get an extended warranty once u buy it so if u can get the extra warranty upon purchase. I chose not to which wasn't wise. ... show more

I have had a PS4 PRO for years and I wanted to compare the Xbox 1 S to it. I had so many problems with my PS4. The home screen wouldn't load, games would quit suddenly, and Sony support was terrible. When I bought the Xbox, the picture seemed crisper, I love the home screen layout so much more, and it even looks better! I have had no issues at all with my Xbox so far, but if I do I will update the review. The winner is.....Xbox! ... show more
