Should be 0 stars, and I came in with an open mind when looking at previous reviews. This is a complete joke and a waste of a lot of your time. I got 2 units, both allegedly in used-excellent condition. The first one the HDMI port was so kicked in that you couldn't plug the cord in, and as a bonus it was missing the power cords anyway. The replacement looked better, but then doesn't turn on at all. So now I will have made 2 trips to Kohl's and UPS store for a product that I never got to even use. Don't buy one, and Amazon should be ashamed to send these out without even trying to test them first, why bother, just trash or donate them. ... show more
