I bought this item since the ice maker went out on my refrigerator and we do use a lot of ice. Setting it up was easy. After setting it up it did work, but it does not make ice as quickly as it says it will, and the cubes are holly so they do not last long in your drink. Following the instructions, I had to keep checking it and emptying the ice out of the little (very little) ice basket. Maybe if this was just going to be used by one person it would be okay, other than that I would not recommend. I did return this item.

It works just like described, but it would have been better if it had a beeper sound with the flashing lights for (ice tray full/water level low). But after using it a couple times I know about how much time it takes until I have to empty ice tray and how many ice drops it takes for the water tank to get refilled. Thank you. Sincerely happy customer.

The ice keeps to stuck , you have to moved yourself. And keep to shows add water even the water still have a lot. But the machine make ice pretty fast.
