Tried this for a week and had to return it, it does not do a good job. Moves very quickly across the pool floor, to quickly as it doesn’t pick up debris in its path. Would only clean about 35% of the pool floor. The two small rectangular holes that debris flow into became clogged on every use from leaves. Not sure how it got so many all 5 star reviews when it clearly is an inferior cleaner. ... show more

Not only does this vacuum do a great job keeping my pool clean, the customer service is excellent. I had an issue with the clips that hold the unit together. Customer service was quick to answer, and sent replacement parts. Highly recommend.

    • Broke after first use
Product seemed to work great at picking up debris in pool however upon pulling the vacuum out to charge the vacuum would not charge. Tried several outlets and determined it was a defect with the vacuum. Tried to reach out for the advertised 1 year warranty and got no response. Luckily Amazon was able to assist in obtaining a refund but would not recommend this vacuum. ... show more

    • Very random movement, not effective
My in-ground pool has a very low gradient and I was hoping this vacuum will work for it. After charging, dropped it into the pool and it got to work immediately. The problem is that it's movement is so random and arbitrary that it spread all the debris at the bottom of the pool rather than sucking it up. The pool water became murkier because of the vacuum's random movements. Also, it just stopped arbitrarily in the middle of the pool after 45-50 min and I fished it out from there. Couldn't figure out why it stopped. Not very happy with this purchase. I am returning this product. Maybe it works well for flat above ground pools, but this did not do a good job for my in-ground pool. ... show more

    • It stopped working correctly after 4 uses
After using the Neobot 3 times it just stopped working the fourth time I tried to use it. It was fully charged and stopped working within 2 minutes of putting it in my pool. I recharged it and tried again; same result. Another bad product from China.

    • Does not work more than once
This worked one time in our small screened pool then just sat at the bottom of the pool. The arm didn’t come up when it was time to charge. This is a waste of money.

I would not recommend this, very cheaply made. First the hook they give you to fish out of pool broke. It kept flipping over. Then one of the discharge paddles snapped off
