I used it a few times and the 4th time the machine does not work properly, when it turns on, it doesn’t turn off anymore, says wsta charging, the battery will go away in 15 minutes. and the worst, I can't get in touch with the seller and Amazon doesn't solve anything either. too bad...

Avoid anything GoPro 360. I had gotten a Fusion 360 last year during lock down, and by the time I got to actually use it, the company had discontinued the software to render the video. No amount of effort to contact customer support will give me a solution about how to get the footage off of the camera. If the Max is anything like the Fusion, steer clear. You'll end up with an expensive paper weight like I did. On top of that, the waterproof charge port door snapped off and I can't get it back on. Saving my money for an insta360 now. ... show more

The GoPro Max is an Awesome product. It’s great for taking 360 photos or videos viewable in a VR headset. The picture quality is amazing! I love the touch screen and how easy to use it is. I received everything pictured though the accessories package was shipped separately the same day and arrived a couple days after the camera.
