We bought this bed for our sons'. The first one arrived completely unusable and misshapen. We were in a crunch and Amazon has an "easy return policy", so we ordered a second one to get it here faster and started the refund process. We assembled bed two and it's great. It's a little wobbly and did take about two hours to assemble, but it is sturdy, the boys like it, and it's attractive as well. But as to the return, Amazon gave us one shipping label. But, the bed comes in two boxes. I (stupid) assumed maybe UPS could someone use one label to mail the two. So we reboxed the entire thing, drove 45 mins to our nearest UPS and alas, they need two labels. Now it's been two months of back and forth with this company. They want to ship us new pieces. We just want our money back on the broken bed! We bought an identical replacement, we are happy to send back the damaged product, why why why will they not just give us the labels and let us do this? We regret our decision in using this company, even though we like the current bed. Not worth this two months hassle.

At an incredibly affordable price point with a handful of good reviews, I assumed this was a safe bet! (You know what they say about assuming…) The instructions were okay, but vague enough that some major mistakes were made, they required disassembly of multiple pieces to correct. Once finished, until you drill the bed into the wall it’s incredibly wiggly. My 2 year old stood on his bed and stepped over to the other and the whole thing shook like a grown man was trying to climb into the top bunk. Also worth noting, most vacuums will not fit between the two lower bunks- so that’s annoying. Overall this bed sucks and I would not recommend. Pros: Looks nice Great Price Cons: Confusing instructions Poor quality Wiggly as all get out

Worst bunkbed ever!!! Only picture instructions came with it, nothing written at all. Once you get it together the screws loosen up. This was delivered 9/2022 and I had to have several people help It was finally assembled in November, here I am June 2023 and I’m taking it down because who knows when the screws will just pop out.

Sturdy wise, it seems nice. Trying to put this mother together has been a hassle. If you are going to put slates in the bed frame, make it to where all of the slates are screwed in. We have everything else put together except for putting those stupid things in and we have tried everything under the sun.

The screws keep unscrewing themselves even after the bed is already assembled. The assembly was not easy especially in the bases of each bed. It is not sturdy at all… seems very frágil. It squeaks every time it’s touched, feels like it’s going to fall apart.
