It slows riders down safely and makes every zip feel secure. 🛠 Installation We’re not particularly handy, but installation only took us a couple of hours from start to finish. Honestly, it was so simple it made me a little nervous—but it’s solid as a rock. Once up, it feels extremely strong and safe. 🤔 Something to Consider The rubber tubing was the trickiest part. Feeding the wire through it was a pain, and we ended up cutting it in half to make it work—which turned out just fine. It’s definitely a necessary part of the setup for safety, but be prepared for that step to take the most time. 💸 Overall Value For the price, this is an amazing way to add adventure and excitement to your outdoor space. We purchased this for our kids for Christmas. Got it set up in January, which was pretty easy, and our kids loved it! Everything worked well for 3 weeks, except I’d say the seat is a little small and could have been larger to be more stable but still totally useable. After 3 weeks though a piece broke in the pulley system and the swing could not longer slide down the cable. It was broken and we were past the 30 days from purchase even though we hadn’t used it for more then 30 days. I reached out to the company and did not hear anything back but upon leaving a review here on Amazon they contacted me and sent me a new set at no cost. I’m very happy with the company fixing the problem we had. So even though we encountered a piece breaking I’d still recommend them because they made it right and sometimes stuff breaks. We are very excited to put up the new set so the kids can play with it again. Thank you to the company for replacing what broke and making it easy.

I have 2 trees that stretch across my whole yard which I thought would make a perfect space for a zip line. This zip line came with some string sticking out of the line and also I couldn’t run the line through the tree protector tube like the instructions say because the duct tape at the end was too bulky to go through the tube but no problem. It’s a big strong tree it doesn’t need the tube protection I guess. Anyways the kids love it so id consider it a big success

The turnbuckles that we had (which came with it) snapped and we need to purchase more - But we need to know the size of the turnbuckle. Can you please let us know what it is?? The Zipline is fantastic & we loved it - we used it for 5 days before the turnbuckles broke.

We are beyond the return window and a few months into set up and use is when we started noticing the cable line and turnbuckles rusting. My kids complain about the rust dust getting in their eyes when the use the zip line so now they use it less often. We specially bought this product because it advertised it being stainless steel, a known metal to prevent rust. I only gave it a 3 because overall it’s fun but the cable is a crucial part of the functionality and we will not probably have it replace it and that is the most expensive replacement part of the kit.
