My son LOVES it! He wants to go riding all the time. We still have it set to the lowest speed since he's learning how to accelerate and navigate and ride around. He still has issues with looking at where he's going... but we will get there! Because we can set the speed to the lowest it keeps him from going GUNG HO into the gates or rocks. Not sure if the safety has a replacement but whenever we transport this quad we always take out the red safety and put it with us just incase! Not sure where we can get a replacement just incase. Also others mentioned it sounds like a lawn mower... yes it does. BUT from the reviews on youtube and other reviews on amazon we decided to just go with this as its a GREAT starter for our son. The four-wheeler came in a crate just like showed in the video. It was pretty self explanatory to put together if you already have experience with such stuff. Even if you are experienced you should have no problem putting it together. Its really safe for small kids. I have a 4 year old thats driving it around. Was able to govern the acceleration all the way down to were i felt safe with my child getting on it. The shocks are very stiff right out the box, but they are also adjustable. With the shocks being so stiff it doesn't give it a lot of play to flip on its side or anything. Needless to say my son already flipped it on its side, and he was completely unharmed. Definitely worth the money, and very nice as fare as designs, and placement of all the components. ... show more

This company has horrible customer service. Within one month, the bike quit working during a ride. I messaged the seller had to wait for a tech to call that took a couple days. The tech called and he couldn’t help us out so he had to have a mechanic call took a couple days. The mechanic called, and then he decided to FaceTime so he could see for himself. It was determined that the clutch and the pool string were both broke, but the screws to get into the clutch were stripped. The mechanic suggested a refund, but once the seller heard that they were against a refund. so they sent out the clutch and the pool string parts and said I had to repair the bike at my expense my time . The bike was great for the first month, but if it breaks that quickly, and the customer service does not help or support their customers, this is a bad product. ... show more
