Don't risk losing money. It kept cutting off first time I rode it, sometimes I had to try several times to start it again. Seller will not honor return/refund policy. Will keep going on and on trying to force you to fix it, as well as using other excuses. Main excuse is that I had it registered. Response to that is, in my State as well as others, I can't operate this on streets unless registered. Furthermore, in all my years... I've never heard of a motorized vehicle not being able to be unregistered and resold. I should have paid attention to the red flag when I paid for extended coverage, and the company wouldn't cover it, they refunded me... probably because they were aware that this vehicle was not worthy. Only reason I did purchase, is because I searched and found a company that covered it...but that warranty doesn't take affect until 90 days. Never in my life have I bought a NEW item and wasn't allowed to be refunded if faulty. Lastly, this A-Z guarantee is a joke... they're avoiding their part of the guarantee as well. Never again will I purchase a " Chinese Scooter" . I've always heard that they're not made well, now I know from experience. At this point, I'll only purchase locally, because I'll be able to personally confront the seller... purchasing online, these sellers have opportunity to hide behind emails....which are normally computer generated. In total I'm out of approximately $4,000 ( accessories included ), and all I have is a scooter that I rode a few miles, and have had almost 2 months now. I'm a patient individual, and at this point, I'm holding off no longer on reviewing and letting people know about this item as well as the sellers.... DON'T RISK IT ! This is an update. I would like to say that I'm so glad I had patience and gave this scooter a chance. With a little over 900 miles now, I can honestly say that I love this purchase. I truly enjoy riding my scooter, and no issue with it since the beginning. Also, I want to say that the manufacturer did offer every solution possible to assist me and assure me that I would get customer satisfaction in the end. With that said, thanks so much Xpro. If given an opportunity, I would definitely purchase this item again. I would now rate this a 4.5 star, and not 5 only because of the issues at the beginning.

First I'd like to say I love the looks of this scooter, but I drove it a total of (4 miles) before it broke down. I had to have it towed home. 3 weeks later and about 10 messages back and forth and 3 messages to "their" mechanic I was able to get the replacement parts sent to me. I also had to go out of pocket for almost $300 for Towing & Mobile mechanic to do install of parts. So a month later I'm finally riding the scooter that runs and drives great! Keep in mind that it's not a Honda, but the price is right for what you get. I will say that the seller is very responsive with there concern and trying to resolve the problems. It just gets a little frustrating with the back and forth doing the troubleshooting. Overall I would recommend this seller because they want to make it right for there customers.

I really like the scooter. Easy start, runs pretty good. I've put on 299 mi as of today. Owned it for a little over a month only drive it on the weekends. Noticed after 2 weeks the blinkers would work/then wouldn't work. Today they worked maybe 2x then stopped all together. When I push the hazard lights button everything works. I noticed the 1 bulb in the mirror wasn't working. Checked that today.. the bulb is fine. Checked all connections to the mirrors while apart and the blinkers started working again. Once i assembled them back on the scooter.. They stopped working. frustrated about how cheaply these bikes are made. I shouldn't have issues after a month of owning it.. The bike came assembled just had to add the mirrors, battery and storage box. It looks nice, runs pretty good but seems very cheap. this is my 2nd scooter from this company and I will not order another one again. They sent me new blinkers.. but 3 weeks later the nuts that holds the muffler on (underneath) fell off while driving, this caused the air filter hose/assembly to break in 5 spots. I'm really upset that this company does not inspect assembly before shipping out to customers. Not sure WHY the nuts that holds a major part just comes undone? What else will come undone while driving? Really disappointed and upset. only been driving it (less than 3 months). I guess every week you need to get a wrench, screw driver to go around and tighten everything before risking your life driving it.

Ok I received my Fiji 200 early than what was estimated. The courier was very helpful. It arrived in good condition just a couple small scratches. The assembly of it took a lot longer than should have. Do to the assembly video is played at fast forward speed. There is no sound, no nothing telling what they are doing. The video is the only thing that I am not happy about at all. After getting everything done the scooter started on the 2nd try. Only have 33 miles or kil on it . But it is performing great no issues with it at all. Really should fix those videos. Update on the scooter: Well I now have 2251 miles on my X-PRO 200 FIJI. I have to say it has performed perfectly. I had only one issue with it. The air breather hose broke in not just one spot but several. The only other issue i have is find parts or information on the Lifan engine also parts. But other than that hose it has been perfect. Starts every time on first try. Highly recommend it.

I bought this for my wife and she loves it! She can now ride with the kids on their mini bikes. This scooter arrives in a very nice shipping crate and they pack it perfectly! Easy assembly just follow their video on their Amazon page and you are riding on no time. Very sleek, looks great! The only issue I had was RPM gauge was working and XPRO are great to contact, they quickly sent me a new cable to fix it. If your looking for a great scooter, your search is over, buy one today and start having some fun. You’ll love it too!
