I just got the X-PRO FIJI scooter 2022, after inspection of the built and operation I must say nothing was loose or missing parts, however I replaced both tires for better ride and more reliable, it starts right up quickly,(EFI) and it has built in diagnostics, for quick repair if no-start, it can run fast and it's very quiet, it's scooter fun, No smoke and mirrors with this unbelievable fantastic offer.

Don't risk losing money. It kept cutting off first time I rode it, sometimes I had to try several times to start it again. Seller will not honor return/refund policy. Will keep going on and on trying to force you to fix it, as well as using other excuses. Main excuse is that I had it registered. Response to that is, in my State as well as others, I can't operate this on streets unless registered. Furthermore, in all my years... I've never heard of a motorized vehicle not being able to be unregistered and resold. I should have paid attention to the red flag when I paid for extended coverage, and the company wouldn't cover it, they refunded me... probably because they were aware that this vehicle was not worthy. Only reason I did purchase, is because I searched and found a company that covered it...but that warranty doesn't take affect until 90 days. Never in my life have I bought a NEW item and wasn't allowed to be refunded if faulty. Lastly, this A-Z guarantee is a joke... they're avoiding their part of the guarantee as well. Never again will I purchase a " Chinese Scooter" . I've always heard that they're not made well, now I know from experience. At this point, I'll only purchase locally, because I'll be able to personally confront the seller... purchasing online, these sellers have opportunity to hide behind emails....which are normally computer generated. In total I'm out of approximately $4,000 ( accessories included ), and all I have is a scooter that I rode a few miles, and have had almost 2 months now. I'm a patient individual, and at this point, I'm holding off no longer on reviewing and letting people know about this item as well as the sellers.... DON'T RISK IT ! This is an update. I would like to say that I'm so glad I had patience and gave this scooter a chance. With a little over 900 miles now, I can honestly say that I love this purchase. I truly enjoy riding my scooter, and no issue with it since the beginning. Also, I want to say that the manufacturer did offer every solution possible to assist me and assure me that I would get customer satisfaction in the end. With that said, thanks so much Xpro. If given an opportunity, I would definitely purchase this item again. I would now rate this a 4.5 star, and not 5 only because of the issues at the beginning.

After going back and forth with xpro i find that this machine is defective. After driving the moped just died and i had to pay $120 to tow it back, after emailing xpro they said the ignition coil went bad so after replacing it i still find major problems and at around 70km on the odo i just want either a refund or a new bike sent. Still waiting on them to respond. If they make it right i may change the review.

GOT 49 MILES AND STOP RUNNING COMPANY IS USLESS EFI PARTS COME FROM CHINA AFTER MANY EMAILS, NO ONE LOCAL NOWS ABOUT EFI SCOOTERS. AFTER 480.00 PAID TO SHOP IT WILL RUN A LITTLE BIT BUT WILL NOT IDLE. GOT IT IN SEP. MARCH NOW AND STILL NOT ABLE TO RIDE. I HAD TO COMPLETELY TEAR IT DOWN FOR THEIR TEST AND FINALLY THEY SAID WE DON'T KNOW SO TAKE IT SOMEWERE AND HAVE THEM FIX IT. THEY OFFERED 200.00 TO HELP WHICH I NEVER RECIVED. SO, I AM OUT 480.00 AND I HAVE A PICE OF GARBAGE THAT DOES NOT RUN. I WON'T TALK OF OTHER THINGS THAT WERE NOT WORKING ON ARRIVAL.
