This drone is Fast, Durable. Only downside is that i can’t connect to my phone. My dogs run around the yard chasing it, did hit a big pine tree that snapped a wing and cracked plastic, just replaced that wing and the Drone still flys like it is brand new. Very very impressed!

I have been playing with “toy” drones for quite a while. This is the fifth generation of upgrade that I have tried and it is a big upgrade. Previously, my favorite was a DJI TELLO as it is small and nimble. That being said, windy days proved to be a challenge. The IDrones X5 gave me all I liked in the tiny tello but, ait lso addressed the issues I used to have to live with. The X5 is small enough to not require registration/licensing. It’s big enough to handle the wind easily and the camera is amazing compared to any of my prior models. I also enjoy the extended range that the 5g technology provides and the battery packs squeeze in a little extra flight time that others just can’t match. I actually got this when the seller offered a discount and for half the price of other big brands, the X5 had the same features. The return feature is actually my favorite as the drone comes home when the battery is low. This is not a feature I experienced before and when a battery died, my other drones would just drop out of the sky, regardless to where they were. How does the X5 do it, it’s the magic of gps position tracking and it’s a feature that I will insist on having in the future. FYI, the seller offers support via a gmail address and my initial questions were answered promptly. If I only read all of the instructions (2 booklets), I probably wouldn’t have needed the help. It’s just nice to know they are there if you need them… Note: This drone is not a toy per se. It’s power can be a bit intimidating but, once you get used to it, you just want to push its limits…. Returned though. Even with brushless motors & GPS slight wind gives it a hard time. Was also having issues with FPV WIFI through phone.

Fun to fly only when there's no wind because I tried flying today and the drone struggled to stay on course. In fact I had to sit it down multiple times and last time it crashed into my neighbor's house.
