I’ve seen some bad reviews and I’ve seen some great reviews. I’m not sure why that is because I have 2 of this brand inverters and they both work as described and put out great consistent power. Maybe bad parts in some of them because I did get a bad one. The 3500 watt one threw sparks from inside when I turned it on. Other than that no issues at all. I have the 3000 watt and the 5000 watt inverters and would recommend them. If you want to run high wattage items just make sure you have a big enough system to run them. 24v works best for higher draw equipment. I live off grid in Northern AZ and I run my house with the 12v 3000 watt and my work shop with the 24v 5000 watt without any problems including a compressor, wire feed welder and a Ridgid 10” table saw. Not bad for being out in the middle of nowhere.

WE purchased this because the first one we received went out and we found it was not strong enough to hold the wattage we needed. Once installed, it worked and is doing a good job. It was worth the money and a bigger size because it has more power.

After correcting the outlet polarity (cross wired with the terminal bus connections), it is wired to a main panel off grid with earth ground. 8 Walmart 29dc batteries wired 2s4p for a 24v 5k system. 24/7 for 11 months and 1 week. Do not earth ground without testing the outlets and terminal bus polarity first. There are videos on YouTube.

I really put it into a test to see what is the true AH that a 100 ah battery has. It ran at at 200 w load for 5-6 hours flawlessly. The sine wave looked good on my scope under load. The fan ran from time to time and noisy (very noisy). I bought this after buying its 24 v version. Each has gone though 20 hour 200 w run without issue. I could not speak of its long term reliability. But so far so good.

The inverter was purchased to operate a 65 Watt refrigerator. The unit produced smoke when turned on without a load. I exchanged many emails with their tech support, sent several requested photos, opened device and sent a spread sheet of measurements. It was just a dance. Was supposed to have warranty, but I was offered an upgrade for a payment that exceeded original purchase price. Amazon said they were unable to contact company and gave me a partial refund.
