***UPDATE; If you plan on mounting these low enough so you don't have to tilt the fixed camera AND you can live with the waypoints ever storing and saving properly AND the pan speed being painfully slow (tilt is somewhat normal) these are great cameras. I will be sticking with the v3's for now. When you tilt the fixed cam it tilts the pan cam too so as you pan it goes from looking at the ground to looking into the sky. Wyze should have made the fixed cam tilt seperate from the pan cam AND should mave made fine notches to adjust the tilt of the fixed cam. They are very course and it will just be luck if you land on the correct tilt angle for your needs. I have 16 WYZE cameras around my home and farm and just added two of the WYZE Duo Cam Pan's. It sucks that they only come in white, so I had to paint them matte black so they don't stand out. These are great cameras. The higher resolution over the CAM PAN V31080p pt cams is a huge plus and noticeable. I used 12 of the cameras to monitor livestock. Like all the previous models, the IR illumination on these is simply amazing. Nice, even flood with a decent throw considering how small these cameras are. The little lights on these cameras are amazing too. Not real impressive to the naked eye when you're standing there but what the camera sees is pretty impressive. I have over 25 years of security camera experience and the best way I can describe these (or any) of the WYZE cameras is they're bigger than they look. When I show somebody a video stream or a still shot from any of my cameras and then sometime later they visit my farm and they see the cameras they're always shocked that that tiny little camera produces the view they saw. And they'll make some comment like "I was expecting to see some foot long enclosed camera, not that cute little cube". That's another thing, I have several of the 1080p, PT models mounted on custom fence post mounts I made that have been out in the weather for almost two years now. These cameras have some serious weather proofing. The only negative thing I can say about the Duo Cam is the Pan speed (for some reason) is PAINFULLY slow. And WYZE knows it, why else would the speed be set to max in the configuration by default? The 1080p model is set to the slowest or mid because it pans fast! One of the two I purchased, the waypoints will not stay set, if the pan speed was not so slow that would not be a big deal. But, I've painted them and I'm outside of the 30 day amazon return window and I don't feel like dealing with the warranty with WYZE so I just moved it to an area where I don't need to pan it much at all. I have the fixed cam looking one way and the pan cam covering the other, like a V. Oh, and the audio is much better on this model over the CAM PAN V3 (1080p). ... show more

I have been a Wyze customer since 2024 and did not see this device coming. This device has a good field of view with clear 2K quality. It connects to the app very quickly and seems pretty durable. It has 2 lights on both cameras which are nice and bright during the nighttime. Keep it up Wyze with these great cameras. ... show more

So far only had for few days and I really like it. It can still still for one area you want to view and the other camera can be pointing the opposite direction. It’s soo easy to set up and the quality is soo good. I love the Wyze cameras. I recommend 10/10

    • Good Camera - But Buggy Motion Track

This Wyze Duo Camera is pretty darn good. The video quality is pretty impressive for being so small in footprint. I like the idea of having the bottom camera stationary while the top camera can pan and be set to follow motion. The night vision quality is just as good as any other camera out there. But I do like the "turn on flash" if motion is detected while in night vision. Both cameras have a flash and can be used to act as a motion lights if installed in main walkway areas. Do yourself a favor and buy a Micro-SD Card and install it on the camera to avoid having to pay additional subscription fees to store or review footage. Installation and configuration was extremely easy, especially being a Wyze customer already. Zero issues with WiFi connectivity so far, even while live streaming at full 2K resolution. Phone notifications are quick and 2 way communication is nice to have. I am also using a 6 foot USB extension cable to extend the power cord, no issues at all from doing so. The bad: Not much to complain about but I would like to point out some issues I've had so buyers can beware. I turned off the "motion track" feature for the top camera because the camera would have issues returning to the camera angle that I set. However, this is a non-issue for me as I do not need or want the top camera to track and following motion. Also, this does not integrate with the Wyze Doorbell V2 like how some other Wyze cameras do. Meaning I cannot have this camera sound off a "doorbell chime" when someone rings the doorbell. ... show more

So far these are the best cameras I have purchased. I love that you have a solid area covered and the panning camera moves with motion detection and points out the source of movement with a green square/rectangle. It does kind of glitch with movement but not often. Its detection range is super far. Picks up cars on the adjoining street and people walking on the other side of the street. They are NOT battery powered. They have to remain plugged into a power source. Easy to mount and adjust. Get the micro as card for continuous filming and storage.
