I had high hopes for this product and unfortunately it's not going to work out. The first issue I had was the handle assembly, the pre made hole for the screw was not sized correctly and I could not get the screw that was supplied on the right side, the left side was fine. I could not force it because it would have cracked the plastic handle. I figured that if this was the only issue I could easily fix it with smaller screw, which I did. Once I got it going in the pool, which is an easy process, I realized it does not have enough power to get back up to the shallow end, mind you my pool is an inground but small will a minimal slope. So hoping I could just move it back up myself and guide it, found that watching it I noticed that all it is really doing is moving the dirt and debris around. It was far to much work for the amount that it was removing. The battery does last far longer than expected, possibly because it doesn't use much power on suction (doesn't seem to be much) I will sadly be returning and going back to the hosed creepy crawler.

I bought the unit and it worked great last season. I bought in Aug 2023 and it worked like a charm. This year I put the pool up and I put the Wybot in the pool after charging and it moved forward and sat witht he propulsion door open but not moving. I pushed slightly and the unit moved and then stopped again. I decided to just let it try to do it's thing and left it. I came back an hour later and the unit was in the same place, battery exhausted. I cleaned it and recharged and tried again and the same results. I have contacted the company to let them know and hopefully they will fix it.

I love this vacuum. Started with a handhold vacuum by the same manufacturer and it worked fine but this vacuum is so much better. Drop in the pool and it does it’s thing for 99 minutes. Always amazed by how much it picks up. Very easy to clean and recharge.

I have a small above ground pool. All those systems have only modest filtering capabilities. They don't get stuff off the bottom. For that, I've been using a shop vac several times a week, and then "throwing away" up to 15 gallons of water. It works, but it's work. This little device is a nice solution. Most pool cleaners of this type are designed for much bigger pools. Some work with a power cord, some off of the pool suction. This device provides it's own battery power. The 90 to 100 minute run time is just right. I run it in conjunction with the pool filter. But there are some limitations. First off, it doesn't pick up fine particles, it just "disturbs" them. Which is kind of fine, as it least it puts them in solution so the pool filter can get them. It would be nice if it had an optional paper element to get finer stuff. Second, over the course of it's run time, it normally gets "stuck" at least once, requiring a physical lifting/reset. Just hook it & move it, but still. Finally, the on/off switch is on the bottom, and using it is awkward at best. You have to get it into the water, and burp all the air. Then it can sink. Then you reach under the unit, to hit the switch. Charging it also requires keeping it upright, but the charging port is on the bottom. Seems like a bit more thought as to where the switch & charging port were located would be a big improvement. I can't speak yet to the long term function & durability. But for now, for the money, it's ok, and is certainly better than no vacumn.

Got the $10 cheap vacuum head from Walmart the connection broke off a year later so after a few weeks of not getting clean I got the robot and it picked up everything but the leaves that were to big for it easy clean up after it’s done

When this product arrived, I charged it up and then used it. I thought it was amazing. I almost bought another one so that I could have one on the charger and one in the pool… Thank goodness I did not do that. That thing worked three times and then it would not take a charge and when it held a charge it would not vacuum efficiently. I am an extremely handy person and I cleaned it and charged it thoroughly. I contacted the company and I contacted Amazon. I discovered it didn’t work too late for me to return it to Amazon and the company never responded to calls or emails. This is a terrible product! If it works at all, it will be for a very short period of time! Don’t waste your money!

I’ll share photos tomorrow. Out of the box it’s easy instructions. Charged 3 hours with red to green “ready status made it easy to know when charge we complete. Put it into my round above ground pool. We’ve got a few spots we’re it’s not level. I do mean uneven I mean any change in the surface. We had to give it a nudge every time it stopped. You can’t leave it and walk away. So we ran for 30 mins then took a break. Even with only running it for 30 mins it did clean the pool. It cleans but you can’t leave it so it is still time consuming. I like ur bc it does vacuum without kicking up the debris but it’s still work. It’s decent but mot as perfect as manufacturer would have u believe. I bet it’s perfect in a in ground cemented pool not so much for vinyl
