Customer support is offering to replace it with an Osprey 700 Pro because no C1’s are available. The Osprey is an older model with many negative reviews. Customer service doesn’t get back to you in a timely manner. Think twice about getting a C1.

I've been using the WYBOT C1 for my 28 foot pool the last few weeks and am overall very happy with how well it functions! I like that this model is lightweight yet still has strong suction, a long lasting battery, rapid charging and lots of higher end specs! It can clean my pool well before needing to be fully recharged and charging it back to a full battery takes only a few hours. I really like the look of this pool cleaner, too! It has a nice durable exterior with large wheels. The brushes are big and do a fantastic job picking up debris from the bottom of the pool! Overall, this is a very good quality cordless robotic pool cleaner! (The only reason for 4 and not 5 is due to app issues)

If you’ve got an inground pool and you’re tired of doing the work yourself, this is the upgrade you need. First off, this thing doesn’t just clean the floor—it handles floors, walls, waterline, AND stairs. That alone makes it worth it because most cleaners miss at least one of those areas. The suction power is STRONG. It had no problem picking up leaves, dirt, sand, and even fine debris like algae. Those dual brushes really help scrub everything loose so nothing gets left behind. The Smart Navigation 3.0 is legit. You can tell it’s actually mapping the pool instead of just moving randomly. It uses organized cleaning paths, so you don’t get those annoying missed spots. I also love that it’s cordless. No tangled cables, no hassle—just drop it in and let it do its thing. The battery life is solid too. I got a full clean done without needing to recharge. The Wybot C1 does a very effective job with my pool, which has some weird geometry that can tend to pose problems for some cleaners. This Wybot is smaller and lighter than most cleaners, which I think makes it more nimble in the pool. It charges fast, lasts long enough to clean the whole pool, and frankly is just plain fun to watch. It moves pretty fast and only has scrubbers on the front, but they are large and do a good job of getting most of the algae. The handle can be a little tough to hook with a pole, and the charging port cover can be a pain sometimes, but overall I think this would be a very solid performer in almost any backyard pool and a great value that makes pool maintenance so much easier.

I’ve been really pleased with this robot. Setup was simple, and being cordless makes it much easier to use than cleaners that need hoses or long floating cables. I can just charge it, drop it in the pool, and let it work. The cleaning performance is the big win here. It does a good job on the pool floor, climbs walls better than I expected, and handles the waterline better than many lower-cost robots. The suction is strong enough for leaves, dirt, sand, and finer debris, and the brushes help scrub instead of just pushing debris around. The filter basket is also easy to remove and rinse, which matters because pool equipment that is annoying to clean usually ends up not getting used. Battery life has been enough to finish a normal cleaning cycle without needing a recharge, and the navigation seems much more organized than a random bump-and-turn cleaner. It is not flawless. Steps and odd corners may still need a little attention now and then, and I would not expect it to magically handle every pool shape perfectly every time. But for routine cleaning, it takes a lot of work off my hands and leaves the pool much cleaner. Overall, this feels like a very capable cordless pool robot for the money. It delivers well on the main claims: strong suction, wall climbing, easy maintenance, and good runtime. I would buy it again.
