I'm glad this came with two. One stopped taking a charge after a month so luckily I had this other one to get my thermostat back up and running. How long this next one will last I'm unsure but hopefully longer than the first did.

I have a hotspot that travels with me. If I can’t find an outlet, then I have to rely on the backup battery. The original battery had swelled beyond use. Battery immediately began getting hot when plugged in to my Nest thermostat. I am assuming there was an internal short in the battery case. Was so hot it was able to be felt through the glass face of the thermostat. I immediately removed it and requested a return. Return paperwork was easy, and they received my return 40 days ago, yet as of today I still have not received credit for this. Amazon confirms it was received and credit would be pending in 2-3 days. Apparently this vendor does not honor their returns and will continue to sell junk. I would avoid this at all cost. And actually I bought two of these with the second one being a problem as well, but I gave up trying to request a return for it and just chunked the battery.
