After trying several pull-up resistance bands, I can confidently say this set is top-notch! I never used pull up bands before, and I had no idea what resistance to get. I thought for sure that I would be using the 50-125 lbs band. But right now, I am currently using the 15-35 lbs band. Why? Well, it's hard to explain. I imagined that I would be placing both knees in the band, but that's impossible for me to do. I can only get one knee in the band. And I don't like that. I want things to be symmetrical. It also felt a bit weird having knees in the band. So I tried using my feet instead. I learned that I can easily get both feet in the 15-35 lbs band. Another thing that I imagined is that I would get full assist during the full motion of the pullup. But I learned that most of the assist is in the beginning of the pull and the least amount of assist is when I reach the top of the pull. But that's okay, I guess. Strangely, when I stand in the 15-35 lbs band, it kinda feels good. It's super easy to pull myself up until I am close to the top and then after that I have to apply myself a little. It's not much of a workout, but it makes pullups less boring so I am motivated to do them more often instead of only a couple of times a month. I am disappointed that I had to pay a lot of money for these bands and that I am probably only going to use one out of the six bands. But I liked the color, how they looked like, and I guess it was a good purchase because I'm not sure if I could buy the 15-35 lbs band by itself and I had no idea what band to get in the first place. I can recommend them. And who knows? Maybe I will end up using the other bands for something else one day.

*So I've had a total of 4 workouts with these bands so I left out a rating on durability since I can't attest to that yet* THESE ARE A STAPLE IN HOME WORKOUTS/ OUTDOOR FITNESS/ GYM SESHES I really do think that I'm terms of versatility, convenience, practicality, and accessibility bands minght rain supreme in gym equipment. Only wish that the set came with resistance indicators, but it's trivial and doesn't actually matter all that much. Just like a little postcard or chart or something would be nice Up&Up: -given the state of the 2020 Quarantine they still shipped THEMSELVES so I could get my order in -they were inexpensive compared to a lot of companies I compared to at the time -comvient to put away, and take up as little space to work in as me standing shoulder width appart or my body laying down( unless you do banded sprints or tricep extensions) -don't have that chemical smell (HUGE BONUS) - the variety of tensions are good for cardio, any type of anaerobic fitness, I use the to assist in my stretching and yoga, and to mix up weight lifting I do honestly believe anyone from middle school athletes to yogis, college Bros to elderly can find these really useful.
