  • Not even easy!!
Style: WR310:Mows Up to 1/4 Acre
The worst set up ever! This little beast is so difficult to set up. WORKX Customer Service has been great thankfully. The robot worked real good once, but so far not since. Beware if u buy, u must be a techy, an astronomer, and have lots of patience. It’s been almost one week since it arrived. If I can’t get this thing up and running. It’s going back. • Pleasantly surprised.
Style: WR310:Mows Up to 1/4 Acre
The app sucks. There's no way to sugar coat it. The automapping needs some work. It does okay until it comes to on obstacle like a lounge chair, and then it can't quite figure out that it needs to map around it. I suspect it is because the chair has four, small legs and it's difficult for the camera to judge how much of an obstacle the entire object is. That said, the manual mode works amazingly well. Once the mapping and initial set-up is complete, it's actually a breeze to use. It's mowed three times in the last two days, and the only issue was it couldn't dock to recharge because it was dusk and it couldn't see the QR code on the dock. ... show more

  • Pleasantly Surprised by this Great Robot Mower
Style: WR310:Mows Up to 1/4 Acre
The media could not be loaded. Great mower that has made me the envy of the neighborhood. I tried a different robot lawnmower before this one, and it was a dreadful experience, so I was trepidatious when I ordered my landroid. However, I was very pleasantly surprised. The set-up was pretty easy and the app worked well. It took me a few tries to set-up my first zone, but honestly that was user error on my side. I've had it for more than a month now, and it has mowed my five zones half a dozen times. I'm very pleased with the results. Now, is there still room for growth? Yes, but for the money, this is a great value and I've been really happy with it. It gets the job done and it has handles the oddities of my yard quite well. (Note: The googly eyes in the photo and video were aftermarket additions by me and my daughter.) ... show more

  • Great Concept But Lousy Setup
Style: WR310:Mows Up to 1/4 Acre
I’ve setup many IOT devices over the years including Starlink, routers, Alexa, cameras, even two boundary wire mowers but this mower’s setup process is the worst. Doesn’t help that the IOS app has a well deserved rating of 2.5 stars. But, if you can survive that ordeal there is hope. I’d give it a 1 star for setup and a 4 star for use (hence my reason for 3 stars in this review). After many hours as well as a call to support I had the mower boxed up and ready to return with an Amazon return request in hand. After sleeping on it I decided to give it once last shot and I was successful! Now that the mower is setup I’m hoping I’ll be happy with it over my boundary wire mower. TBD. I like the results so far but there are a couple areas of improvement. I have a barkdust border and it feels like the AI is trying to out think me and leave spots not mowed, even after manual mapping the zone. I was hoping the border around my yard would avoid me from purchasing the optional zero cut module. Personally I like the unit and I’m hoping Worx will send a couple firmware updates to fix a couple areas of improvement. I like the concept but feel maybe Worx didn’t do their due diligence before taking the product to market. I hope the engineers do some customer experience testing soon too because I feel this can be a 5 star product with a few tweaks. ... show more

  • A mower that doesn't mow
Style: WR310:Mows Up to 1/4 Acre
Setup: Follow the instructions, it won't connect. Turn it on and off restarted the app, connects before the Setup finishes. Mowed the yard immediately before the mapping, the wheels get stuck while mapping. Manually do the mapping and start mowing it gets stuck 5 times in the first 20 minutes, then I get a camera error, wheel motor error and a lift error because it decided to climb my solid vinyl fence and almost flip itself. So yeah, a mower that can't mow. ... show more

  • Good mower, but not user friendly!
Style: WR310:Mows Up to 1/4 Acre
Setup was not user friendly, definitely read the manual prior to starting. I almost sent it back because I couldn't get it to work correctly. I figured the problem out eventually (user error) and the mower has been great ever since. Now it is on a schedule cutting my entire lawn every few days. All I have to do when I come home is weed eat and edge. Definitely a time saver once it’s set up correctly. I will update my review if I begin having durability issues. ... show more

  • Awesome Little Mower!!!
Style: WR310:Mows Up to 1/4 Acre
Great mower. I have a fairly decent size yard and this little guy takes care of it quickly. It’s actually much bulkier than I thought it would be. I was worried it would be light and flimsy but it feels well built. As others mentioned, initial setup is a bit of a hassle. It updated several times. I had to turn it off and on and then try adding it as a “new” device a couple of times before finally it was set up. Once set up was complete, mapping was a breeze. I had it map automatically for some parts and I took over in others where there wasn’t a clear border. I ended up mapping about 4 sections and since the it has worked flawlessly through its mowing. Battery life is not an issue and it cuts quickly. Most impressive is how quiet it is. I didn’t even realize it was mowing until I was about 2 feet away. Just make sure to give your lawn a mower before the start of your season with a traditional mower before putting this guy to work and it will maintain your lawn for the rest of the season. ... show more
