    • Handy and more torque than you'd think!

This little electric screwdriver has been super useful, definitely a good purchase! I bought it over a year ago and I've used it on all sorts of things, including a lot of the some-assembly-required stuff you buy on here. Shelves, side tables, and when I moved I even used it to take apart and reassemble a kitchen table. The adjustable torque is very handy! The low setting is great for light MDF and thin bamboo where tightening it too much can split the wood. The high setting can make quick work of pretty large bolts in hardwood (pre-drilled anyway, I haven't tried to use it on anything large and self-drilling in hardwood). On high it'll put out enough torque that it twists my wrist if I don't brace myself. The battery lasts a long time and I love that it charges with just a regular USB! I've used it pretty steadily for several hours at a time when building/reassembling stuff when moving and it only needed charging about once a day on even the heaviest use days. I should point out that it wouldn't charge on my Anker Nano 67W charger, but it charged just fine on an 11 year old 40W Anker charging hub. I haven't messed around to figure out why but just in case anyone else has this issue, try an older model charger, this thing isn't fancy and doesn't need super high speed charging. The various tips and the little box to store them all are enough for most of my needs, I'm sure I can add more tips if I end up needing them. For what it is, it's a great tool and I love it! It won't replace a cordless drill, but for light to medium duty tasks I'll take this over a heavy drill every day. The media could not be loaded. Summary: I have been looking at these electric screwdriver for a while now, so when this new Worx came up, I decided to pull the trigger. This is the first Worx tool I own. My power tools are primarily Milwaukee M12 and M18. Observations: The first feature that was a must was the power source, in this case Lithium Ion battery power. I was a little disappointed to find the cell size is only 1500 mAh, given that 18650 cells can be as large as 3500, and are typically 2600 mAh. Related to that, being USB-C will allow it to charge quickly. I immediately pulled it out and started using it, the video test is done with the as-arrived charge, which is typically 30-50%, as a long term storage and shipping best practice. The twin LEDs at the front are nice, and they stay on 10-12 seconds after the driver stops spinning. Video Details: I used the Worx to drill into a fairly hard wood (not sure of what type of wood, but it is hard). I used a 1/8" drill bit, and for the first two holes I used my new Milwaukee Surge M12 to back the drill bit out since the screwdriver does not have a bit locking feature. On the 3rd hole, I ran it in reverse to see if it would back it out, which it did, but slowly. This was an informal test, three different size dry wall screws (I think). You can hear the over torque kick in, and stop the driver. This screw driver will excel in machine screws, as well as #6 wood screws, in softer woods. Anything large probably needs an impact driver. Recommendations: Charge before first use. Lithium will last longer if stored at 30-50%, which is easy to gauge because the charging indicator blinks at the battery level during charging, which is how I determined that at the end of the test, I had only 1 of 3 bars of charge left. Pros: Dual level case, you can store extra flat items underneath; USB-C charging; good assortment of bits, including a PH0, which shows the screw size this driver is meant to work with; uses standard 1/4" hex bits. Cons: Small 1500 mAh Lithium cell; lacks a bit locking feature. Conclusion: At $40, I'm rating this one 5-stars, and will update as I get more run time with it. ... show more

The screwdriver has been great so far, I've had it for almost a year now and still holds up. I believe it has 45 minutes of battery but that's when you have it active. Very good value for your money, I just wish it had a bit holder inside rather than the big case it comes with. Only issue I've had is with the charger. For some reason it only charges with the type c charger that came with it and no other cable. It's pretty lightweight and a good size I just hate carrying the whole case. ... show more

I’ve been using this for about 4 months now nonstop and it’s awesome. I like the feel in my hand when using it. It is durable as I’ve dropped it on several occasions without any issues. Very ease to use. The size is great when working in small spaces too. You can adjust the screw strength so not to over tighten. The versatility come with all the extra bits it comes with and the case. Great value as you get a case with extra bits. I purchased this screwdriver to assemble a seven drawer cabinet. After assembling one cabinet with a manual screwdriver, I was so sore and it took me about 4 hours. I decided to order this electric screwdriver to assemble the second identical cabinet. WOW IS ALL I CAN SAY! It cut my time to assemble by more than half and eliminated all the stress and pain to my wrist and shoulder from manually screwing it together. I am very happy with the speed, torque, and power this device has. Well worth the money, especially if you frequently assemble furniture.
