I bought this unit about a year ago to wash my car. I’ve used it a total of about 5 times. I have Lao been careful to not drop the pump unit. After about 3 uses, I noticed a small inline crack, but did not think much of it. Yesterday, I tried to clean my garage floor and I notice a full crack as seen in the photo, making it unusable due to flooding. I’ve been trying to call customer support for 2 hours with no luck, even though the message says they are in a staff meeting and will be available within the hour. Depending on the outcome of the resolution, I might have to look somewhere else. UPDATE: The company FedEx’d a new pump unit to me. My unit seems to have been a defective unit. Without the leak, the unit has been excellent for my applications. I’m satisfied with their response. Changing to 5 stars. ... show more

I use this for washing car in colder weather or when i don't want to drag out the power washer. I use 1 bucket w rinseless wash with this hydroshot as a prerinse and to spray off heavier dirt. Then i use traditional rinseless wash & sponge. Only thing it doesn't prime well by just inserting hose in the bucket. I have to pour some tap water at the kitchen sink into the hose...dunk in bucket and connect the gun...and this really helps to prime. ... show more

Really wish I hadn’t bought this thing. Thought this would make the cumbersome process of washing my truck easier, but this tool left me disappointed. The soap attachment produces a nice foam but the cleaning brushes barely have enough power for washing my truck. The bucket thing is more annoying than useful. I attached a garden hose instead, which improves pressure, but now I have a hose banging against my vehicle while washing. I don’t like the hose rubbing the vehicle while washing and want to prevent scratches. Overall, my impression is this is an expensive gimmick. If you’re looking to wash your car with this, stick with a hose, bucket and sponge. You’ll save time, money and aggravation. ... show more

    • Best portable pressure washer solution !
First of all I will start with that I looked for portable pressure washer for along time . I searched around year and my requirements was portable washer without water and electricity access that will be enough to clean my car , sun terrace and windows with alot of dirt on them . Found this model to be able to satisfy the requirements I need . It is very easy to use , good pressure , delivery was fast from USA to Israel I got it in 10 days even the situation with the covid 19 in Israel .     • Wasn’t impressed; battery died halfway through car wash
Tried washing my car with this right out of the box and pressure was fair but not great. Additionally the batteries ran out about halfway through the wash. I’m sure this comes in handy for a variety of use cases but being at the mercy of the battery life while rinsing a soapy car was not what I had anticipated. With the relatively low psi + GPM combination you actually need more time to rinse off the car. If the batteries would have lasted another 10 minutes I’d probably not have returned it. So definitely not the worst pressure washer.. portability is definitely nice and pressure is fair.. but not ideal for washing cars in my opinion. ... show more

I love to power wash things, but hate getting everything out. I setup a trash can and crudely attached the cord to the trash can and let the bucket attachment just sit at the bottom. The trash can usually is empty by the time I get done cleaning (doesn't use much water at all) It's super easy to wheel the whole setup wherever you need it. I also purchased 2 more batteries so now I have all the power I need to do multiple wash jobs on a single day. It's too easy to just drop a hose in the trash can when I'm ready and fill it up about 2 feet, then easily haul the trash can where I want. Of course you can hook it up to a hose, but I like this way more then a 5 gallon bucket or hooking it up to a hose. ... show more
