Honestly so far amazing! We’ve had this couch for about a week now and it’s sooooo comfortable. I had very little expectations getting a couch for Amazon. I saw the amazing reviews and said let’s just test it out, if it sucks it sucks. Surprisingly this couch is great and surpassed my expectation by a ton! It was also extremely easy to put together, we did it in less than 2 hours. My husband and I both have knocked out on this couch loosing track of time. This is definitely worth it. Sofa is very comfortable and the chenille has a shine to it that adds a lot of class. It was relatively easy to assemble, I suggest opening everything and figuring it out logically because the directions leave much to be desired. I did struggle a bit with the screws that attach the back frame to the bottom frame. They seem like they are not long enough, but they do fit! You really have to make sure to push down hard while screwing them in to get them in place. Also, buyer beware, the legs are plastic and I almost returned the whole thing at the mere sight of them... BUT my brother ordered the same couch and liked it, so I decided to trust the process. I replaced the legs with wooden ones. She does need a lot of dressing up, so if you're willing to spend some of the extra money you saved on frills for her, you will like the sofa. The bottom cushions do slide but it doesn't bother me to fix since I have to do the pillows anyway. Like making a bed after you use it. All-in-all, it's not a forever couch but great for furnishing an apartment without having to commit to a more expensive one. ... show more

It is truly beautiful color in person and super comfy to sit on!! I agree with some other reviews that the back part is thin and back pillows could be more fluffy. But it is a GREAT sofa for the price. Seats are deep!! Large overall and great to lie down and watch a movie. Perfect for an apartment! It does look just like the pictures. The seat part of this couch is deep and very comfortable. The look of it in my room is nice. The back cushions are EXTREMELY thin and have very little padding. I have to purchase several large, thick couch pillows and decide from there if this couch can remain in our living room. It is not an acceptable level of comfort for our living space as is. I was a little hesitant about ordering couches here on Amazon and not seeing or feeling them before hand. But the minute we sat on these couches, we knew we made the right decision! These couches are probably the most comfortable couches my husband and I have ever had. You sink right into the cushions and literally feels like your sleeping on a cloud. They really weren’t too bad to put together at all and I was able to pretty much do it by myself which was a first. The feet are plastic and not very tall, considering switching out the feet for something taller/more sturdy. Very soft and I found it very comfortable. All in all very happy with the purchase. *the 4 seater with the two ottomans is VERY wide FYI, but that works for us since we have the space available.
