App has been crashing the last few day, and its always been a bit buggy. Other than that it prints beautifully. I am struggling to master the settings for shading but the more I play with it the more I realize most of my issues besides the app is user error (I need to learn to read the manual)...

This is by far the worse printer for tons of reasons. The talking is so annoying it does. The app was created by elementary school students and is very complicated. It says it will connect to computer but in the manual it says that it has a hard time and that you should not do it. It says if that's your only option you have to call to get the solfware and they will walk you through it. But it's highly suggested not too. Again it said. It says it has bugs and they don't work together. OK the app on my phone crashed twice already. OK then when you print nothing the paper comes out. But when you print something the paper bunches up in unknown places. So getting it put is a challenge. Is there a cancel button. No there is not. So if you want a printer made by elementary kids in the 1st grade supervised by amateur 2nd graders and funded by the lunch lady this printer is for you!! But I rather spend 20 bucks more on anything other printer on the market becsusr it will work and probably not let me down. Printer has one thing gping for it. It looks nice ish. But it was packaged sloppy in 2 boxs becsus3 they like wasting trees at the big A. Yet we still buy from them. Oh if you are on a budget and do buy this printer I bet you cant ever make it have a print that is all the way start to finish. Pos ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Honesty I am super happy and was very surprised upon receiving it. Quality is certainly not bad actually on the contrary I would say not screaming “CHINA” and that’s a huge PLUS!! I’m new to tattooing but can confidently say that wormhole is one of the best companies when it comes to delivering great quality product while maintaining a very affordable price!!! Ps the app you can download before you even get the printer is quite nicely designed and easy to get around overall I’m very glad I made this purchase even tho it’s one of the cheapest printers on Amazon.
