The overall design is very cute, and it is completely silent. I would never guess that water was running, even right next to it, it is quiet!! The packaging was very well-thought out, each component wrapped in layers and foam protecting the larger pieces. The box itself even felt fancy. In one of the photos, I placed all the small pieces into the bowl to show what all is there. The tubular bit that connects to the water filter/pump comes with a brush to clean the inside. One blue round filter and pump filter is given by default. The bowl itself, the white plate, and the spout piece where the water comes out at are all ceramic, but everything else is plastic. That doesn’t bother me, but if you’re completely anti-plastic, it may not be for you. I got the wired one since it was cheaper, and I assume it does this with the wireless as well, but there is a light that is visible on two sides of the bowl that basically lets you know if you need to replace filters/issues etc by going from blue (good) to red (not so good). The manual it comes with goes into more depth, I mostly like the light because it keeps the bowl slightly visible even in the dark. Assembly was super easy, literally just placing things on top of things and plugging it in. A whole minute, if that, not including pre-rinse/cleaning of components. I’ve only had it a few days, but both of my cats are loving it. I have a crazy kitten who loves water, so she sticks her paw at the top of the spout and drinks the water off of her paw. I’ll definitely have to get a mat to put under it for security! But, as long as it encourages frequent drinking, I’ve no complaints. My older cat has a lot of issues with chin acne, so I’m hoping having a ceramic bowl can help. If it malfunctions I will try to remember to update, otherwise, it’s a great bowl and extremely sturdy/heavy. Bang for your buck considering it’s 3 liters, especially if you catch it on sale. Highly recommend this fountain!!

I really like this water fountain so far. It looks sleek and modern, and the ceramic design feels sturdy and easy to clean. The wireless feature is super convenient—no messy cords—and the battery lasts a long time. It’s also very quiet, which my cat appreciates. I just received it yesterday, so I will probably update this as time goes on since it's a 100+ dollar item. At the time of buying this, the orange one was 20 dollars cheaper, but... Uh... That color and the top spout design is not a desirable one, iykyk. It's currently the only CERAMIC Fountain with a truly wireless battery/pump interface. All other Battery-Ran/Optional Ceramic Fountains have the pour spout and battery in one unit, which makes it a huge Point Of Failure since you have to clean the spout... Who knew that having water run past a battery/charge port would be bad for functional integrity, riiiiight? This one is truly wireless so I can clean all the parts that come in contact with water without worrying about accidentally killing the battery. The only plastic is the drip tray, pump, and spout. The fountain head is made of full ceramic, with rubber rings on the outside to plug into the spout The entire product is notably higher quality compared to the other 30-60 dollar fountains I tried. The parts fit nicely and can be pulled out without any effort. BUT, the parts are designed in a way that even the roughest (or dumbest) of kitties can't lift up the top parts or tilt the fountain. The fountain is the quietest one I've had. A very thoughtful design. It's assembled to be wider so the water has less distance to fall into the reservoir. The parts, including the inner tray/pump parts are thicker than most pet fountains, so that helps absorb the noise. The fountain tip spreads 6 ways and has a short drop, so it doesn't make noise either. It sits on the top of my dresser in my room and I'm a light sleeper... Literally the loudest part of it so far is my cat drinking from it lol. The intended "filter" for this doesn't seem like something that works as a filter. I honestly have no clue how it works since it's a straight pass-through from the pump exit spout, with filter's chambers on the side that are "optional" for the water to pass through. Though due to the simplicity, I can easily replace it with a typical post-pump cat fountain filter. Even cooler, the simple foam circle for the plastic tray is easily replaceable with a typical layered filter used in many of the Pet Fountains. So I can either replace that to be my filter point OR get one of those filter cylinders that goes below the exit spout. This product is very versatile and every pump-related part can be replaced with commonly found parts on Amazon, such as the filter(s) I mentioned. So I throw 110 dollars at the company and I'm not shackled to them forever, instead of 30-60 bucks and then having to buy specialty-company-specific-crafted parts every 2-6 months. The only downside is it lacks functionality, which you'll only care about if you're new to pet fountains and don't know any better. They're a waste of money. You should know when the filter needs changing, since other fountain sensors are inaccurate anyway. You should be cleaning this thing out every 1-4 weeks. You can add water at any time to keep it topped off and you can hear when it's running low - the pump won't run when dry. You trade all those useless frills for an easily modifiable (beginner DIY friendly) and hardy piece of quiet equipment. Edit 1 month later: So now it's on sale for 69.99... Well that's a bummer lol. Great for y'all I guess. Even more reason to get this one over the others. Regardless, a month later and everything is still running good. I still haven't figured out how the hell that part above the pump is supposed to be a filter, but I do appreciate how it's flared base prevents the pump's sponge from floating out of place (other fountains have this problem).

The media could not be loaded. Just perfect! The fountain is pretty, extremely quiet!!!!, easy to install and clean. It holds up 3L and it has a light which indicates when it is time to fill water again.

What a fantastic water bowl. The fact that’s made of ceramic is amazing. It has a nice weight and build to it. The filter works nicely and it holds a ton of water. But I didn’t realize is that when the water level is low, it stops pumping, and the lights turned red to let you know that it needs more water. The cats took a day or two to get used to it but now they love it but the best part is we no longer have water splashed all over the floor like we had with the lighter weight units. Our cats really like water. They’re not shy of it and so they solve the other water fountains where the water falls as opportunities to play in the water. Would highly recommend this as it’s easy to clean we think that the fact that it’s made of a ceramic it’ll last a lifetime, and then the filters that comes with, we have not had to physically replace them because the bowl itself does a great job of not catching a lot of debris.

I couldn't be happier with my new kitty bubbler! First off, it's truly silent. I'm very sensitive to sound and the one I had before made me crazy with the constant gurgling. Additionally, the ceramic base seems much more hygienic than my old plastic one and it also looks much better-- it's a total upgrade! Spend a few extra dollars and buy this fountain-- you won't regret it.
