Useless!

The design of these makes them completely useless. First, they're really too short and narrow to hold a mattress in place. Second, and most frustrating, is that they need something that braces them underneath the railing. Since they clip over the top, the pop out of place with the tiniest amount of pressure. Even if you've screwed them in as tightly as possible, the physics of the design eliminates the effectiveness.
