The removable battery on my bike is not removable. The locking mechanism that holds the battery in the frame will not retract. When I contacted customer service about his issue, they claimed to have no record of the sale of the bike to me despite the transaction recorded here on Amazon. VVVipod is just a shell company in Hong Kong conducting business for the factory based in China. It's a decent bike but buyer beware, there's no recourse or warranty on this product if you have an issue. Therefore, 1 star. ... show more
