This is a lovely toilet. Modern, clean lines, excellent dual flush mechanism. It is the perfect fit for my modern bathroom and is reasonbly priced for its design. Uses very little water, but flushes clean. It is taller than my existing older toilets, but still comfortable for me (5'8"). I was concerned my wife who is 5'4" would be dangling her feet, but she said it is a comfortable height for her as well. It is heavy and requires 2 people to move and install. A 3rd person helps if you have one. I couldn't use an adhesive wax free ring/seal on this as the porcelain around the horn has some imperfections and caulk around it from the manufacturing process, so it would have been a risky seal. I ended up using the supplied wax ring, no issues thus far. The flaw: Why did i give it 4 and not 5 stars? The bottom is not flat. I understand that toilet bottoms aren't going to be perfect, but the front had a gaping opening that i could barely shim with composite shims. The manual states there are variances in the manufacturing process, but i thought the lack of flatness was excessive. Luckily a bead of silicone can hide this, but this was still unpleasant to look at, especially after all my hard work to make the floor flat. Update 3/7/18: Added a photo with the elongated biobidet bb-2000. Fits perfectly as if designed together. Designs are complementary and match well. One other issue, the water that comes out to wash the bowl during flushing misses some spots near back of bowl. So it seems that the water flow around the bowl isn't evenly distributed and washes more of the front part of the bowl. I think I am maxed out on water volume for a flush so these areas will remain "dry". The area is easy to clean so not a huge issue, but I consider it a design flaw. Regardless of the two flaws, I still give it 4 stars... It's purty ... show more

I needed 3 replacement toilets and spent a lot of time researching. I was initially reluctant to try this because of the mixed reviews and typically go for the name brand (Kohler etc.) but because of the price decided to give it a shot. I was pleasantly surprised at the modern design and quality. It came with all the parts needed (wax seal, special tool to tighten down the bolts as well as the very helpful washers that keep the nut in place as you mount the toilet) for the install except for the flex hose. Installation was challenging because of the covered one piece design and the fact that I had only about 2 feet on either side of the toilet to get down and reach behind the one piece design but once mounted I had no problem reaching behind the base and tightening the bolts with the special supplied wrench. The plastic special wrench really helped (don't lose it) make it easier when having to get into the tight space. I know some of the reviews had complained about the top flush buttons not aligning but my units worked with no issues. Maybe I just got lucky. Well.... maybe not cause one of the units that was delivered was damaged during shipping so I refused shipment on one of the units. Amazon replaced the damaged unit with no issues but it did take an additional 2 weeks. I've had the units for about 3 weeks now no use issues to report and all is working fine. Good product at a reasonable price especially considering the modern design. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the damaged delivery on one unit and having to wait two weeks which I guess is the delivery company fault not the manufacturer. Don't be shy to have them open the box to confirm no damage before signing for the delivery as I'm glad I did. ... show more

Came with no mother #@$*&!$&^!&$&@! TOILET SEAT! Update: Company promptly sent out a new seat... but with no mounting bolts. Update: Company promptly sent out bolts. Upgraded my review. People have a hard time installing this toilet, but, if you work smart, you won't have to work hard. First of all, the mounting flange holes are hidden from view, but, if you're clever and have two cell phones, it's easy-peasy. I had a friend helping to mount this, which I reccomend. He and I both activated the cameras on our phones and placed them directly over the toilet seat bolt holes, and zoomed in. This gave us a 6" video screen displaying the alignment of the bolts. We placed the toilet on a board (2 1/4" thick) to support the weight of the toilet while we aligned the bolts without smashing our wax ring. Once we had thentoulet perfectly aligned, he supported the weight as I removed the boards, and we lowered the toilet in place. I then used a ratcheting box wrench to tighten the bolts. Using this method, the install went easier than any other normal toilet I've installed. I have not put any solid waste down this toilet, as it is a client's and nice mine. I'll leave it to them to christen. But, it seems like it doesn't have the most powerful flush, but can't say with certainty. The toilet looks good. Seat was a very easy install.
