The toilet bowl is the smallest size from the wall found on the internet and in hardware stores nearby. It comes with all the insides and 3 colors of flushed buttons. The media could not be loaded. Purchased back in April 2024 and finally installed 6/15/2024 and I have to say my expectations for an Amazon toilet were low. I was prepared to have some clogs, possibly a leak, and to replace if needed. None of those things happened!! The ideas for installation found in other reviews were helpful to my handyman (put on 2x4’s and mark floor and where bolts are with tape to match up when placing). The toilet is solid and sits well, no rocking. Everything seems decently made. The push button to flush is plastic so that’s cheap but my black one looks great. Most importantly, NO CLOGS YET! Its been just over 3 weeks and my boyfriend and I have not had an issue. This is a gravity flush…I was told to get this and stay away from the Symphonic flushing systems for anyone contemplating between the two types. This model uses a 2” flush valve inside fyi, just a note if you are ordering extra parts. I am very happy with it and would recommend. The only thing I am not crazy about is the seat. It is thin and does not have enough support bumpers at front so when you sit it ‘clicks’ as it flexes and hits the rim. This seemed cheap to me so I inquired about a seat upgrade….there is none. So I ordered an extra seat (will Be ordering another as a backup as well) in case this breaks and also, most importantly, added two rubber bumpers under seat near front and that 💯 took care of the clicking and sounds and feels much better. Lastly, just in case this company has any issues staying afloat, I ordered 2 of every replaceable part on it. Extra push button, extra float valve and flush valve and seat. Hopefully won’t have to use them but if I need them, no one will have them in stock in an emergency. Oh and customer service was good, helpful, but not great, I believe because of language barrier. They sent me a free seat replacement when I realized I bought the wrong one. But weren’t very helpful in telling me for sure that there wasn’t a thicker and nicer seat option. Overall, I would recommend this toilet.

Makes one wonder why most toilets are so much larger. I have not looked inside the mechanism but flushing really shoots a powerful jet of water to get things down the drain. The bowl area with water is small and I keep a cleaning brush nearby for the little bit of stuff which is left on the porcelain about every 5 flushes. No big deal and should obviate the need for chemical cleaning, which a septic tank doesn't like. Some reviews or videos (I forget) indicate it can be a bit of a headache to install. And my plumber had to move the input water feed line an inch farther away. But this toilet makes our small second bathroom look and feel much larger. Entry and Egress so much easier.

This toilet is great for small spaces. I was remodeling a home and, due to the layout, I wanted compact toilets to allow more clearance in the front. I found these toilets and ordered two of them on Amazon. I installed them both and one had a small leak due to a manufacturing defect. I was worried, but customer service was very responsive and after sending them a few photos of the defect they shipped another toilet for free. Installation is a bit of a pain due to the design of the toilet concealing the bolts so plan to have a helping hand. Once installed the function as well as any other modern low-flow toilet and I've had not issue getting them to flush large loads. They've been in service since June 2023. I will update if my experience changes.

My house was built in 1967 when private spaces were very small. The master bath is just 4' wide! It cannot be easily enlarged without adding onto the exterior of the house, so we're stuck with it. So when I found this toilet I was very engaged. I'd been planning to install a wall mounted toilet since they give more room as well, however the arrangement of vent pipes in the wall prevent that solution. I received the WinZo a week earlier than expected, a pleasant surprise. It installed easily although access to the bolts for the toilet flange is tight. I have small hands as was able to get my hand through the hole to spin the nuts on. Any competent plumber, or like me an accomplished DIYer can install this toilet. Be aware however, it is heavier than most others due to the skirting. The operation of the toilet is pretty good. Definitely a Chinese design, it uses far less water than my old toilet, a Kohler from the early 2000s. That surprised me, and does make me wonder about the flushing effectiveness. I have had one minor backup so far, but the reason remains to be clear (it's an old house and the drain is shared with the second bath, so finding fault just yet is premature). More water is better to get a clear drain, but in areas with water shortages this toilet is great. I have even successfully flushed #2 deposits using the #1 valve. The water action is powerful to be sure, even more than the American Standard I have in another house that flushes around the bowl not down the bowl (a new trend). The flushing water does miss one spot directly above the drain opening, so if matter hits that spot a brush is needed, no amount of flushing will get it. A minor issue IMO. The tank refills quite quickly, in my house it's 9 seconds to refill from a partial (#1) flush, and only 14 seconds for a full flush. That's fast but indicates just how little water is being sent down the drain. The design is very modern and the toilet is quite sturdy. The seat lid comes off easily for cleaning, better than any other seat I've installed in fact. The valve buttons are very lightweight and don't stay perfectly aligned, but a quick wipe across the top fixes it (I have a compulsion for alignment of things I suspect). :-) Overall I'm quite happy. It's saved 5 inches in depth from the old round shaped toilet, so now the shower door can open further. In fact the shower pivots several inches away from the door opening to get a good angle when open with normal toilets, so when I remodel the shower I will put a normal door and get even more room (there's just 24" or so now).
