I recently upgraded to the AirPods 4th Generation, and I’m really impressed. The sound quality is noticeably better—clear, balanced, and with deeper bass. They connect instantly to my iPhone, and the battery life is solid for daily use. The new design feels more comfortable in my ears, even after long periods of wear. I also noticed that the noise cancellation and transparency modes are much improved compared to previous versions. I could never find wireless earbuds that fit in my ear comfortably and without irritation,—until now. After watching countless news interview videos on TV and noticing that about 90% of them are using Apple EarPods, I finally picked up on the fact that I should maybe try a pair. From the first time I tried them on until now they have been a game changer. I must admit I was skeptical that I could get decent sound from a pair of pods that don’t actually function by being inserted inside your ear. however, these EarPods immediately proved me wrong, they are so comfortable, and I can leave them in my ears for hours, they are just what I was looking for. In typical Apple fashion, everything advertised just works. They pair instantly as soon as you remove them from the case the noise cancellation is about as good as you can expect from what is essentially an open ear design. sound to me, is as good as any in-ear bud. Smooth highs, decent but not spectacular bass, just well balanced, non-fatiguing sound. These observations are only from a few days of use, but I know they’ll be a keeper for me.

These AirPods 4 are a huge upgrade across the board. The sound quality is phenomenal — rich bass, clear highs, and the Personalized Spatial Audio makes everything feel more immersive, especially when watching movies or listening to live recordings. The Active Noise Cancellation is incredibly effective (blocks out background noise even in busy places), and I love how it transitions smoothly to Transparency Mode when I need to stay aware of my surroundings. The new Adaptive Audio is a smart touch too — it automatically adjusts based on what’s happening around me. The H2 chip keeps everything snappy — quick pairing, stable connection, and barely any lag. And finally, Apple added USB-C to the charging case, which I appreciate since it's now the standard across most of my devices. Wireless charging is still there too, which is super convenient. Battery life is solid, the fit is comfortable for long use, and the case feels sleek and well-built. These aren't the cheapest earbuds out there, but if you're in the Apple ecosystem and want top-tier performance and features, these are absolutely worth it.

Big fan of these AirPods. The last generation I had was the AirPods Pro, the kind with the funny foam tip on them. I was not a big fan of the fit, I felt like they were always loose. I used different foam tips to try to address the issue of grip, but nonetheless, I never found success. For many years, I transitioned to Beats by Dre and used them for working out and outdoor activities. Despite the noticeable decrease in sound quality, I was never left wondering if they were securely attached to my ears. Fast-forward a couple years, the AirPods 4 come out and I decided to give them a go again because they are reminiscent of the original Apple headphones that I got when I got my first Apple iPod many moons ago. I am very, very happy and satisfied with them. They fit perfectly in my ears, just light enough to feel them, but not so light as to forget they’re there. No motion, wiggle, or play in the fit – they feel very secure when I’m working out. Even when I sweat, they don’t slip out, and that was a big selling point for me. The multiple sound loads are interesting. Obviously noise cancellation is very nice, the transparency allows. A little bit of background sound through, but not so much that it overwhelms the music, and adaptive adjust based on your environment. There’s also another feature that allows the music to turn down automatically when you’re speaking to someone That’s nice unless you plan on singing along at all as it will lower the music so that you can hear your own voice, lol They charge wirelessly with ease, even with a protective case on the outside it still utilizes magnets to secure it section to the charger. The case seems very durable nice magnetic closure snaps open, snap shut very tight tolerances. The case can charge the headphones multiple times over, I have never had the headphones die, or the case die at the same time.
