I felt a lump above my belly button. Three days later my hernia support belt had arrived. I'm scheduled for surgery, but this will help until then. take it or leave it. It wouldn't matter. this one is so easy to put on but it's a smidgen too small in the width. I need not a longer one but a wider one so it covers more of my upper belly.

I like this belt, and can wear it most of the day. I had to undo the oval pressure, and make it smaller, and softer. I sewed it back up, and it works just fine.
