Overall I consider this a very good product, the little pouch that it comes with for pushing against the hernia works very well. My only complaint is that it digs into me just a little bit on the sides, where it has metal bars for support and stability, but that being said I'm also over 300 lb and 6 foot 2 so literally everything digs into me when I bend over. Belt does not have accurate sizing. Runs small and no room for pad. Also does not stay in place, rolls down as you move. Unless being of a thin body style with minimal BMI, it will roll down and out of place of any navel area. A review without mentioning body size is useless. Just tried to purchase a belt that wasn't so visible under shirt. This is not the answer. A wide belt with shoulder straps is far superior provided it's the right waist size.
