I recently acquired this coat via Amazon Vine, and overall, I think it’s a truly attractive garment. The styling is lovely, and my wife absolutely loves it, especially because it’s a wonderful throwback to a classic style of women's wear from years ago. The material is listed as 100% polyester, yet it has this incredible ability to look and even feel like wool—a real plus for its perceived quality. However, I do have a few reservations. While it looks great, I doubt that it will be all that warm, so it’s likely better suited for style than for battling severe cold. The most critical point I have to make is about the sizing: it runs small. My wife usually wears a Medium, luckily I ordered a Large, and I have to say that even the Large might be a bit tight on her. The length, thankfully, is perfect. My wife is 5'5'', and the bottom hem hits just right. All in all, I believe this is an attractive coat that seems to be of very good quality and is perfect for wearing when going out to more classy places. Just a strong word of advice: remember to order a size larger than normal!

Tall or long-limbed shoppers: size up. I ordered my usual Small, and while the body fits, the sleeves are about five inches too short, which throws the entire silhouette off. I pulled my turtleneck sleeves through the coat for extra coverage, which helped a lot visually. My cousin also noticed the sleeve length immediately and suggested layering bangles to bridge the gap—but again, that’s workaround territory. This coat is 100% polyester. It looks like a wool coat in structure and pattern, but it isn’t—so set expectations accordingly. The hem arrived wrinkled, nothing major, and a quick steam will fix it. But this is the type of coat you’ll likely need to store on a hanger, not tossed over a chair, if you want to maintain the clean lines and shape. For the $40 price, it’s not a bad coat at all. But if you’re tall, long-armed, busty, or have a fuller midsection—and especially if you’re particular about fit—this may not give you the tailored, confident look you want unless you size up. On me, the Small reads more like a long blazer than a true winter overcoat. Color note: I ordered “dark grey” to avoid the risk of a cheap-looking black at this price point. What arrived wasn’t what I’d personally call dark grey—lighter than expected and not a true match to the listing photos. Sizing chart: It didn’t make much sense to me when ordering, and the fit confirmed that confusion. Will update with photos once steamed and styled.

The product description falsely claims this is a warm WOOL coat with COTTON lining. The coat I received is 100% polyester. This material is cheap, shiny, and arrived heavily wrinkled, giving it a poor appearance. Crucially, the polyester offers no warmth—I felt very cold stepping into a chilly evening. Furthermore, the sleeves are significantly shorter than pictured on the model (about 2.5-3" too short). The only accurate detail is the overall coat length. I would not have ordered this coat if I knew about the true fabric content and length of sleeves.

Upon first glance the OTU Vibe Winter coat looks well crafted & stitched, the color is a nice deep black, and the buttons add a nice flair. Once I put it on it felt comfortable and stylish. I usually order xxl but sized down to an xl for a more fitted look and it was exactly how I wanted it to be. The arms are just a little snug but I can still move my freely, the material just isn’t stretchy which is to be expected. Now I will say for the price you’re not getting an expensive material, but it is a great coat nonetheless. It gives you shape and can be worn dressed up or down. I also like that it’s not stiff at all. You still want to be able to move and not have a boxy coat that is constricting. I like it!

The quality of this coat seems really good. I got it for my mom as a gift and she loves it. It feels very thick and warm, perfect for winter. She chose the XXL for a roomier fit. The hips could use a bit more space, but going up another size would have made the shoulders too large, so this was the best fit overall. The material feels nice, the double-breasted style looks classic, and it’s a great coat for the price.
