ive only worn this one day so far, i work as a welder on the river and work lines occasionally. the jacket is probably not great to weld in considering the material isnt meant to be fire resistant, but when sitting in the pouring down rain working lines it keeps me really dry. i will say the sleeves could be an inch or two longer and the hood could be a bit bigger to fit over my hoodie hood, other than that its waterproof, convenient to fold and put in the little bag that comes with it, its lightweight, overall pretty good jacket, just wish i got a bigger size for longer sleeves. also keep in mind when the water rolls off the jacket, it will soak your pants, so you could even size up to get a jacket that goes down to your knees and the water will roll right off, or get a pair of waterproof pants too. ... show more

Love this rain coat. The size is perfect. I bought an extra large. The color is pretty. It’s very lightweight. If you’re looking for a lightweight jacket to wear on a nice warm rainy day then this is your jacket. I haven’t worn it in the wind yet or heavy rain. But it works when it’s just a light rain. It’s definitely not a warm coat you would definitely have to wear a sweatshirt underneath if it’s a bit chilly out but for rainy summer days it will be perfect. ... show more

I purchased this rain jacket specifically for rainy weather, but it unfortunately failed me. I wore it to an outdoor concert where it was raining pretty good, and after several minutes, even with the hood up, my hair & scalp was wet. My arms were also wet when I pulled my sleeves up. On the positive side, the jacket is super cute and fits really well. I'll keep it and use it as a windbreaker, but I won't rely on it for rain protection again. ... show more
