It is a real corset though, so be prepared to feel tight and some might have trouble breathing. The quality is excellent and I love the way it fastens in the front and ties/tightens in the back. For sizing this is important! I normally wear a large to XL, but with the corset I got a 4XL. I’m thicker around the waste which is why I chose that size. Pay attention to the sizing. It defines the waist well and looks nice on, but after a while you feel that it fits a little at the waist. Even so, it is comfortable at times and fulfills its function. Just keep that detail in mind.

Okay- so it definitely runs one-two sizes to small. I am normally a size small to medium in tops, typically a small. This top took me a literal 5 minutes just to fasten the clasps (after adjusting the ribbon in the back). The top has a piece of fabric (sewn in like an optional flap to cover your skin where the ribbon is). If you adjust the ribbon and make it larger, you may end up having skin showing like I do in the picture, as the flap is a bit too small. I would recommend sizing up on to two sizes and think this would fix that issue. HOWEVER, I will not be sizing up. I wear a C cup bra and have a relatively small chest. The chest area is already not form-fitting with the medium. It works but it definitely has too much space and I am a little worried about my breast showing if I lean over. So sizing up will definitely lead to the top area being too large if you have a smaller chest. If you have a large chest then it should be fine! Also: please note that this is definitely just a fashion corset. It is not supportive to the back and will not help you waist train. It actually makes my waist larger than normal lol. I am going to try wearing an actual corset/waist trainer underneath in hopes of making it a bit more flattering. ... show more

don’t just size up bc the reviews say to!!! i checked the measurements of the large bc that’s what i usually get (usually a medium or large) and my measurements lined up perfectly with the corset measurements (specifically the waist) and the large fits perfect! it is very versatile too like you can adjust the tie-up part to make it larger if it doesn’t fit right away, i just had to loosen the lace-up part in the back a bit & it’s literally perfect. so pick a size based on the measurements, that’s what i did, and it’s perfect. unless you want it just for looks & you don’t want it to be super tight then maybe size up but if you want it to fit well & snatch you up get the correct size according to your measurements!!! for reference i am about 5”7, 160lbs, 34DD, large is perfect for me, i last took my measurements quite some time ago but based off the last time i took measurements my waist was 27inches & hips 41inches. (also last year i got this same corset in extra-large, it fit very well, i was 180lbs, 5”7, 34DD). i love this corset it is so adorable and definitely a great price for what you receive. my favorite corset i won’t get one anywhere else! ... show more

Bought in the 5x size for a rabbit costume! I'm a 38DD in bras but a have like a 55" booty/hip area so the fit was a challenge, but I got so many compliments on this pretty corset! It takes awhile to get the lacing in the back to the perfect specifications for your body (especially if you, like me, have a different body shape than most) so don't expect to throw this on 5 mins before you leave, straight outta the package. Fitting it can be a tad bit hard since the little loops like to pop out if you bend it a certain way (maybe less curvy folks would not have this problem though). But fear not, once all the little loops are secure and in there, it doesn't go anywhere! I danced all night, and stood up, sat down all night as well and it didn't budge or unhook. It's fairly comfortable for a few hours, but I can't do sit ups in this! The ribbing ended up being massively out of shape and bent (I think it's a sign it was pretty weak) after use so I kept it but I'm not sure I can get another use out of this... I wore it for about 7-8 hours and by the end of it I was ready to be OUT of it, but that's the nature of the product and where I wore it to. Oh it also comes with a very strange little "thong" thing. It looks like it was intended to be one, but it's not thong material and I have no clue what I can use it for, but I kept it since it has the print of the corset on it -shrug- ... show more

The good: -affordable and ships quickly -comes in loads of colors -arrives pre-laced and ready to wear -supported my 38J chest well enough that I didn’t need a bra The not-so-good: -you’re absolutely getting what you pay for here: the boning feels like cheap plastic, the ribbon isn’t the sturdiest. This is definitely a costume piece and not something I would recommend for long-term wear. -if you’re short and plus size (like me), this may present some issues. The boning on the side collapsed while I was wearing it which resulted in some mild bruising on my hips. In the photo you can see that it has bent at a sharp angle where my hips meet my ribs.) -I also have a shorter than average torso, so overall this corset is a few inches long on me. -As I have come to expect with most costume quality corsets, the sizing is absurd. I wear a 2X in most street clothes brands, but I ordered a 7X in this and it fit.
