I normally wear a 3X, bought a 3X, the fit is very comfortable. I have room to wear things underneath and it's just super comfy. It seems really warm but I haven't been in very cold weather yet. I also I'm curious to see how water resistant it might be, so I will update on that as well. The downside is it is slightly garbage bag like, but I think that's kind of how these things are especially if you buy black. I'm not really deducting from it because I don't think a different brand of the same style jacket would look LESS like a garbage bag LOL I'm hoping this will serve me well on my Alaskan cruise! 2023 update: this has genuinely proven to be one of my most favorite purchases. It is pretty warm, versatile, and amazing for travel. You can even use it as a little pillow. I agree with the person who said she would like elastic at the sleeves. Nice - light weight jacket - very warm - I get compliments on my jacket all the time (Black). I normally wear a 1x so I purchased in a 2xx just to be safe. It's a little big but not overly. I say its true to size. I might buy it in another color!

This jacket is light to wear, but still warm. Love how it's long enough in the back to cover what needs to be covered! It was a plenty roomy, but I like it that way so I can easily wear a large sweater under it.

I have wanted these jackets for a very long time. I was going to order two other colors but I've changed my mind. My simple hoody from Walmart has a thicker feel to it. It's definitely not a puffer jacket!! Size fits fine. Pockets are nice. It's NOT WORTH the money tho, it's like a hoody it also came wrinkled up like mad. I'm so upset. But if u want a super thin very very thin what ever you wanna call it; not a puffer jacket tho, then it's great for you. If you're actually looking for a puffer jacket go to Walmart. This coat ain't nothing like a puffer jacket.. it's more like a rain coat ... show more

I ordered what I thought was my size. When it arrived I was a little disappointed that it fit larger that what I thought. After wearing it I'm not as disappointed as I originally was. I can wear my sweatshirt under the jacket without feeling suffocated. Yay! I really enjoy the little bag that the jacket can fit in...it's like a mini sleeping bag! It is exactly what I expected...except lighter, which is better. It is softer and lighter than I expected...Yay. I really like it. It is very comfortable. It is slightly snugger in the waist than I expected, but not TOO tight. I would definately buy this again!
