The craftmanship was excellent, but I didn't care for the fabric as I wanted it more silky feeling. It looks silky, but doesn't drape quite like my other satin blouses. Fabric has no give at all, and you may need a pin at the bust area because the button placement doesn't prevent that gaping there. The Navy with green diamonds is a beautiful color, and the arm length was perfect for me, so it might be short on others with long arms. The tan color was too big on me because I ordered up to my larger size. It's quite boxy so would need to be tucked in to give it some shape and the shoulders were too wide. The tan was a bit darker than my monitor, and just not flattering to my skin tone. I keep wanting that color as it's so popular, but it's not for me apparently. I'm petite, 5' 100 lbs. The XS was a bit big but it still fit well and looked nice. I had to pin the cuffs up half a fold. I wanted a professional shirt with a funky pop because I was presenting at a conference in Copenhagen and this was awesome. It was very wrinkled from my suitcase but ironed PERFECTLY with a basic hotel iron. And it has a bit of sheen without being satin-y or cheap looking. It's a good weight and sits well. It's a good modern cut, not too fitted, not too baggy to be unprofessional. It's a pretty "straight" cut, not curved in at the bust/waist which I liked. The fabric feels good. Idk how this would do with heavy sweating, you may want to pair this with those stick on perspiration pads in that's an issue for you. It's not see through at all. It also held up for my 20 hour day! I cold washed and dried and it was just fine. It's 100% polyester. I loved the hot pink. It's an ideal fuscia with a hint of neon. Looks very modern and EXPENSIVE. I felt really good in it!
