These are light like a sneaker with leather that bends well with movement yet wears like bull Hyde. It's light because of the composite toe which feels like it offers full protection. I think it has good grip on surfaces and feels water resistant. Wouldn't call it waterproof but could easily add a sealer. The reflective side of sole is nice as I ride motorcycle to work often. I have the black and brown and they lasted 2 years of industrial construction before replacement and offered full support in the arch and I think it feels like it has a composite shank. The ones I replaced are still good if I need them. Only replaced because were dirty and didn't feel like cleaning them. I recommend these. Good price, fit and wear. I have a slightly wide foot for a 7 to 7 1/2 mens. Some brands start at size 8 men's and it's disappointing.

Just ordered two different pair of the same boot here. One black and one brown. BOTH are consistent in these ways. Stitching is designed for longevity. The fit is EXACTLY as described, I need a wide in my size and that's always a 50/50 chance. Leather is top notch and doubled up even on the inside of the lace strip. Tongue is shaped comfortably around the shoe and when pulled tight there is just enough room to kneel and bend without pinching. Just a great boot!! Worth the money which is above average. I’ve waited to write a review. Overall they’re holding up. My feet stay warm if I stay moving. They’re pretty comfortable recommend getting inserts tho. If you get personal inserts you may struggle with the depth of the boot. I don’t think I’d buy these again. I prefer the Reebok work boot/shoe

Great boots. However, I am a woman and I ordered them thinking they would be much better due to having slightly wider feet. I ended up returning them because they were just slightly too big. They we’re running my heel raw because of that. I had to just switch to a woman boot. Very comfortable though. My boyfriend has the same exact pair though and he swears by them he’s had them for over three years. He says they’re the most comfortable boots he’s ever worn. Definitely true

These shoes look good and are comfortable but their not waterproof I'm on my feet 8 hours a day 6 days a week all the other pairs of wolverine shoes lasted at least 3months these only 3 wks they ripped on the sides so not very waterproof

Excellent boots! Hands-down some of the most comfortable and durible boots I've owned. Be aware that the size/fit is a little larger than expected. Even with heavy wool socks, the boots run about a 1/2 size larger than expected. If you wear a size 10 boot...buy a 9.5 on these.
