This Nutribullet system is fabulous and I absolutely love it. It has high-power blending capacity, so it makes beautifully smooth smoothies. No big chunks to contend with. I appreciate the fact that it is so versatile. I love having the option of using the full-size blender jar or the smaller individual-size smoothie blender jars. The fact that there are two smaller jars, of different sizes, also helps with the options available to the user of this system. AND on top of that it has a food processor attachment. So it's a one-size-meets-all-needs system that helps me in the kitchen very often. There IS a little bit of a learning curve in getting used to the machine. Being what it is (electronic), certain things must be absolutely lined up before it will work. That can be confusing at first. But, once I made it through that initial learning curve on how to assemble and line things up, I couldn't be happier with the system. No regrets whatsoever in buying it. And it is reasonably priced compared with other high-speed blenders on the market, one of which I already own. The lid to the blender jar can be a bit much to wash, but as long as it is rinsed well immediately after being used, there should be no issue. Truthfully, the lid is easier to wash and less hassle to wash than my other, more expensive, blender because the other has a series of silicone rings/seals that I must remove before washing, allow them to dry, then replace each time I use it. It's a pain. At least there are no removable silicone rings/seals on this lid! I hand wash everything each time, immediately after using it, so it's simple and washes easily. I have also rinsed it well, added a drop of liquid dish detergent, then ran it briefly on medium speed to be sure the blades were clean. Simple, easy, and fast to clean! I couldn't appreciate this blender system more! Thank you, Nutribullet :) You have a very happy customer :)

My 10 year old MagicBullet had an accident so I was in the market for a new single use blender. I decided to look at this unit since it cold replace the MagicBullet, my blender, and my not often used food processor. My research led me to 2 options and the competitor model had some suspect reviews so I ordered the Triple Prep. Opening the box, everything is shipped securely and I had no issues with anything. The pitcher is a really nice size and the lid snaps on nice and tight. The single serve cups are much more narrow than the old MagicBullet cups so my hands cannot fit in them to wash but a bottle brush gets in them fine. The food processor attachment is very sturdy. The digital display is responsive and the pre programmed selections work great and the motor is very powerful. We made smoothies with frozen berries and oatmilk and the unit easily pulverized the frozen material using both the single serve blade and the pitcher blade. So far, this unit is a big winner in my house.

I bought this to replace my old Cuisinart and am so very happy with it as it is even more versatile than I knew. It works fantastic for my smoothies and now even can use it for the blender and food processor, so it replaced two items for me and the Nutri Bullet is an even better appliance. I even looked into the Vitamix but for the price, this is such a better deal. Vitamix has a ton of different mixers and that very confusion in itself….plus the price is so much more. After a lot of research, I went with this and am ecstatic that I did. I just love it and highly recommend it.

Pros: This blender is powerful, versatile, blends frozen smoothies quickly (1-2 min for large drinks), includes a handy stirrer to help the blending process. Cons: Super loud, blender pitcher and lid are shaped with lots of angles that make them difficult and time consuming to clean.

I bought this to upgrade my 10 year old magic bullet smoothie cup that still works but sometimes leaks. I wanted to like this but I ended up returning it. My old magic bullet does a better and faster job at making smoothies than this new nutribullet cup attachment. I'm disappointed because I like the blade attachment on this new one better, it's a little easier to clean. But it's also twice as loud for no reason. And the food processor didn't do a good job and only cut up the food in the bottom fifth of the cup. I had to stop it a lot of times and mix by hand. I have another cusinart food processor, it's just big and bulky. So I liked that this system had only one base for all 3 appliances. But my old Cuisinart chops better than this one. And this food processor has very small grooves on the blade and center so food easily gets stuck there. I cleaned it right away but it was very difficult to clean, to the point that I know I won't use it in the future because I don't want to clean it. Much harder to clean than the Cuisinart. The blender attachment worked well, but I only used it once. And it was very awkward to remove the blender because the base has no place to grip while turning. The touch panel was also not very responsive, it took multiple presses for the panel to register my touch.
