Added another layer to my fitness routines for targeting. I use them mostly for squatting and floor work. They have really helped with glute isolation work. I use them multiply times a week on leg day. I am more advance at this point in my fitness routine so never got much use out of the light band and only used the medium band twice. My only complaint at this point is, I wish I had one more band with more resistance than the red and could have done without the light (green) band all together. Still 5 stars though for value and use I have already gotten out of the bands. Updated Review....12.15.2016 My Red Band (Heavy) finally snapped after over a year of use, using it multiply times per week. I just bought a new set which now includes 4 bands and it looks like they updated the bag that they come in & added a 4th band. I would say the Extra Heavy in my opinion is the equivalent to the "Heavy" band in the original purchase from over a year ago. As mentioned before I won't make much use out of lighter bands as i am much more advanced in workouts now and need a lot more resistance these days. I wish they would have kept the red band as Heavy and added a black band for Extra Heavy with greater resistance. I am going to try and find some use for the lighter bands so they don't go to waste, but overall i like this brand, quality and the use i got out of the first set. ... show more

I use these bands for all kinds of exercises, esp for glute exercises as a warm up for big lifts such as squats and deadlifts. They are also great to take with traveling to get in some resistance training on the go. I highly recommend them! This company, WODFitters, is also excellent. The product information and previous reviews did not specify if these loops were made of natural rubber (containing latex) or synthetic rubber. So, I purchased them to find out. I have a mild latex allergy, and just holding one of these loops in my hands for a minute or two caused my hands to itch and start burning. So, I am returning these. I have not used these loops for a workout. But, I can say that they felt like a much higher resistance than other loops I have purchased in the past. However, the other loops that I own are made of a different material (without latex). These WF loops are NOT LATEX FREE. ... show more

I saw I didn't leave a review, so: Had these bands for years. Not one of them snapped; All are still in great shape and usable. Definitely worth it. HOWEVER: they do slip and roll a little while exercising.

These 9.75" (not 10") bands have quite a pungent odor up close, especially when band stretched. Perhaps it will diminish over time? Like the resistance level printing on each--speeds usage by eliminating guesswork.

I'm used to bands continuously rolling, and it only happened minimally with these bands.
